I’ve been crushing on [name_u]Sinclair[/name_u] lately. For a boy.
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think it’s usable? I row, and in the boathouse I saw a [name_u]Sinclair[/name_u] listed as one of the boy’s team rowers. Since then I can’t get the name out of my head. The only thing that bothers me is that “Sin” and “[name_u]Clair[/name_u]” on their own aren’t great. If he was never called either of those, though, I don’t think it would be an issue.

[name_u]Sinclair[/name_u] has been on my gp list for months now. I love it but I am bothered by the femininity of the clair part (not bothered at all by the sin part, for some reason). I, too, struggle with whether or not it is useable. NN? I don’t know. [name_m]Zinc[/name_m]?
I like [name_u]Sinclair[/name_u]. It remindes me of [name_u]Sinclair[/name_u] [name_m]Lewis[/name_m], who is a great writer.
I would nick name a [name_u]Sinclair[/name_u] “[name_m]Ziggy[/name_m].” I would also consider a more “common” middle name in case he grows up to hate it.
I would say it’s totally usable. I would probably have it as a middle name if I was going to use it but I don’t see any reason why it can’t be a first name
