In search of some girl name ideas that will flow well with [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Catalina[/name_f]. Although we went with longer names previously I am kind of leaning towards a 1-2 syllable name. Some names I do love are [name_f]Lily[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], and [name_f]Mia[/name_f], but would love to hear some other ideas. Preferably names that don’t start with A or C so no one feels left out
Also, what are some of your thoughts, should we go with another 4 syllable name or something shorter?
I was actually going to suggest [name_f]Violet[/name_f] to you! That would be a top contender for me. You seem to have a similiar taste in names to me, I love [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Catalina[/name_f] is unique and gorgeous and in my family holds a lot of sentiment.
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], and [name_f]Lila[/name_f]
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], and Pysche

[name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], and [name_f]Olive[/name_f]
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], and [name_f]Circe[/name_f]
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], and [name_u]Ridley[/name_u]
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], and [name_f]Oriana[/name_f]
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], and [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], and [name_f]Katrina[/name_f]
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], and [name_f]Melanie[/name_f]
@janeybaby Thank you! I definitely have a taste. They were almost [name_u]Aria[/name_u] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] so could have gone either way both short or both long names. I love [name_f]Lila[/name_f] but we have a family member with a similar name. [name_f]Zoie[/name_f] is adorable as well. [name_u]Love[/name_u] the spelling, it’s different but also doesn’t give the impression of trying too hard. [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is definitely a top choice for me as well
personally i think that if you don’t want anyone feeling left out you should do the four syllables for all of their names, at least for the girls anyway lol
but shorter names are stunning as well. what about Violetta/Violeta? four syllables, ends in an a just like your other girls. you also said violets a top choice so idk i think it’s pretty with your other children’s names… Arabella, Catalina & Violetta/Violeta
@Violet8181 [name_f]Isla[/name_f] was on my list for both girls, love it but we now have a close family member with a similar name. [name_f]Bella[/name_f] is too close to [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] for me but definitely cute. I do love [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] and [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]!
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], and [name_f]Violet[/name_f] are beautiful!! Also, collette/ cossette and [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] would work as well as [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]? [name_f]Persephone[/name_f] would be an amazing name with the others but I’m not sure if that is your style. [name_f]Winona[/name_f]?
Anything really short or modern doesn’t really go with these names to me - something else that’s long and unique goes best I think, so that there’s not an odd sister out!
I think the difference in length will be less jarring if you use a name of the same style. A three - syllable name could also work, or a long name with a short nickname.
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Catalina[/name_f] have beautiful names!
I love the idea of [name_f]Viola[/name_f] or [name_f]Violetta[/name_f], and of some of the suggestions I really like Luciana/Lucy , [name_f]Selene[/name_f], Margot/ [name_f]Margaux[/name_f] , [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], [name_u]Vivian[/name_u], [name_f]Marianna[/name_f], [name_f]Emmaline[/name_f] , [name_f]Francesca[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] and [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] , [name_f]Elena[/name_f]

[name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], and [name_f]Willa[/name_f]
[name_u]Love[/name_u] the earlier suggestion of [name_f]Violetta[/name_f]! I think [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] would fit perfectly with your other girls names and would allow you to use [name_f]Lily[/name_f] as a nickname. For me, both [name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Mia[/name_f] don’t sit quite right next to [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Catalina[/name_f], they just seem a bit short; although [name_f]Violet[/name_f] sits more comfortably style wise even though it’s still only 2 syllables. Some other names that would allow you to get [name_f]Mia[/name_f] as a nickname would be [name_f]Miriam[/name_f], [name_u]Maria[/name_u], [name_f]Matilda[/name_f], [name_f]Marina[/name_f] or [name_f]Emilia[/name_f].
Good luck!
