I love your choice of [name_f]Bianca[/name_f]! Your list is lovely. When I read your post heading the first name that popped into mind is [name_f]Lucia[/name_f].
Of those, I think [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] and [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] pair the best, followed by [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] and [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f].
I would add:
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] & [name_f]Marietta[/name_f] (sorry this one is 4…)
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] & [name_f]Georgette[/name_f] (sorry this one is 2…but the rest are 3 I promise! )
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] & [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] & [name_f]Carissa[/name_f]
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] & [name_f]Bettina[/name_f] (don’t know if these are too close or not)
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] & [name_f]Linnea[/name_f]
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] & [name_f]Priscilla[/name_f]
I think you need a name that has a European flair so for me the names that appeal to me from your list are [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] and [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f].
[name_f]Eloise[/name_f] is gorgeous she’s spunky, preppy and elegant such a beautiful name that I think sounds brilliant with [name_f]Bianca[/name_f]. Other ideas could be [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], [name_f]Elena[/name_f] or [name_f]Evelina[/name_f].
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] is so sophisticated, distinguished, timeless and romantic. [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] & [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] make such a gorgeous sibling set so classy. Other ideas [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] or [name_f]Fabienne[/name_f].
With the distinctive, international, and sparky [name_f]Bianca[/name_f], I like:
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] - sharp and stylish with a touch of flair
[name_f]Eloise[/name_f] - elegant and sleek, but with warmth and sweetness too
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] - international, sleek with a kick
[name_f]Luella[/name_f] - unexpected, but distinctive in sound and pleasing to say
I think [name_f]Luella[/name_f] is over all my favourite.
Some suggestions:

[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] and [name_f]Talitha[/name_f]
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] and [name_f]Isaura[/name_f]
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] and [name_f]Solange[/name_f]
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] and [name_f]Mirabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] and [name_f]Odessa[/name_f]
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] and [name_f]Salome[/name_f]
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] and [name_f]Leonie[/name_f]
[name_u]Awesome[/name_u] suggestions! I also should mention the middle name will likely be [name_f]Vera[/name_f] since it’s a family name and we also like it a lot (plus it has a nice meaning).
Bianca is a Euro/international, savvy woman name to me more than a vintage/cutesy storybook one, so I think of your list, Sylvia or Eloise (or maybe Vivienne - it’s a fave on here - but I don’t like how most non-Frenchies say the name; as Vivian - super harsh/razor like and boyish sounding to me).

Great suggestions! [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] are gorgeous. LOVE [name_f]Delilah[/name_f]! I also love [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], but we call [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] “Bee” so it could get a little confusing!
[name_f]Glad[/name_f] you brought up the pronunciation issue with [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]. Great point! I think it would irk me to hear her name constantly pronounced wrong. Hmm, maybe it will have to move to a middle name possibility.
Absolutely love [name_f]Greta[/name_f] and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] - Bianca’s middle name is [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] though so not sure whether I should consider Margaret-derived type names (even though they are all standalone names). Hmmm.
First of all, I love Bianca!! I think it’s beautiful and elegant and refined. I love your ideas so far.
Here are some of my thoughts on your ideas:
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] - Let me just say I love this name so much. It’s on my list right now, and I’ve used it for multiple story characters because it’s just so lovely. I just don’t think it goes with [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] that well.
[name_f]Eloise[/name_f] - I love [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], but I don’t think it goes with [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] that great. I like [name_f]Eloisa[/name_f] or [name_u]Elisa[/name_u] better with [name_f]Bianca[/name_f].
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] - Same as [name_f]Eloise[/name_f]. I love the name (I even named my dog this), but it doesn’t match [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] stylistically. I see an Italian-ish or kind of Spanish vibe with the name [name_f]Bianca[/name_f]. [name_f]Violetta[/name_f] (or Violeta) would sound better.
[name_f]Matilda[/name_f] - Same as previous two. I love it, but it sounds more [name_f]British[/name_f] and old-fashioned.
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] - I personally don’t really like this name, but I do like [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]. I don’t really think either go with [name_f]Bianca[/name_f].
[name_f]Luella[/name_f] - I’ve never really heard this name before, but it sounds beautiful with [name_f]Bianca[/name_f].
