From your list, my favourite is [name]Sylvie[/name] [name]Valentine[/name].
[name]Adelyn[/name] [name]Rose[/name] - To me, “-lyn” names never feel “sophisticated.” I’m also hesitant to call this one “fresh” because it’s so close to [name]Addison[/name], [name]Adeline[/name], etc. Personally, I’d opt for the more classic and streamlined [name]Adele[/name] (one of my favourites). Tweaking this name to [name]Adele[/name] [name]Rosalind[/name] makes me love it! Also, on a different note, have you considered the idea of using [name]Rose[/name] as a first name?
[name]Lucy[/name] [name]Eloise[/name] - This is my clear second favourite. I love both names. But, as you note, [name]Lucy[/name] is becoming more popular these days. Have you thought about switching the order and putting the less common [name]Eloise[/name] up front? I think [name]Eloise[/name] [name]Lucy[/name] works equally well as a combo. There may be too many repeating sounds for your taste in [name]Eloise[/name] Allberg, though.
[name]Sofie[/name] - If you’re worried about popularity, I’d take this one right off the list.
Avaline - While pretty, I think pronunciation would make me think twice about actually using this one. Have you considered [name]Averill[/name]? It’s one of my personal favourites. [name]Averill[/name] shares many of the same sounds but comes with a much more straightforward pronunciation.
[name]Lainey[/name] - Too nicknamey for my taste.
[name]Sloane[/name] - I’m neutral on this one. It doesn’t do much for me, but there’s nothing in particular that I really dislike about it either.
[name]Jayne[/name] - A beautiful, simple name with enduring appeal. I do strongly prefer the [name]Jane[/name] spelling, though.
