What girl names come to mind knowing her brother is [name_u]Elliott[/name_u]?
Curious what people think - the girl names I love I dont feel go with my son’s name [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] (although that’s not a deal breaker for me).For example my favorite girl name is [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] [name_f]Amelie[/name_f]- [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] and [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] don’t seem like a sib set to me but it probably won’t make me not want to use [name_u]Harlow[/name_u]- but I am curious what you think is the ideal sib set with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u]! TIA!
Elliott is a name that can be paired with a wide variety of names depending on your naming style. For what it’s worth, I think [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] and [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] go quite well together.
Elliott seems quite bersatile to me in terms of style, and I think [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] and [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] are great together!
But if you still have reservations, maybe you’d like:
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u]
[name_u]Finlay[/name_u]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Jillian[/name_f]
[name_f]Danika[/name_f]
[name_u]Sage[/name_u]
[name_u]Quinn[/name_u]
[name_u]Parker[/name_u]
[name_f]Isabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Adeline[/name_f]
[name_u]Willow[/name_u]
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
I already have a son named [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] - I find it very masculine despite it being used for girls and trendy as a girl name while classic as a boy name. But if I met a girl named [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] it wouldn’t bother me!
I think because [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] for boys is traditional I would choose a name that is relatively traditional/feminine. I think [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] & [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] don’t stylistically work that well but if you love [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] go for it. Loving a name is far more important that sibling sets stylistically going together. But I think [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] & [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] sound pretty together. [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] would be sweet.
I know. I dont think [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] and [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] stylistically match with is why I started this topic. However I love [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] so much, I would still probably use it but am willing to expand my list.
I’m loving your suggestions of [name_f]Thea[/name_f] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u].
Hey I completely get why you started the thread and even though I do agree with you stylistically I feel it’s not the best fit I’m glad your not dismissing [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] loving a name is far more important than siblings stylistically going together. [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] is super spunky and has a cute southern [name_f]Belle[/name_f] vibe I really like it. Also the majority of the berries seem to think [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] & [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] work well together so I’m probably barking up the wrong tree/thinking too deeply into [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] being traditional masculine blah blah blah. I would stick with [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] if she’s your one but I’m glad you like [name_f]Thea[/name_f] & [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]
I agree 100 percent! Its hard to let go of a name you really really love! But I was curious in a perfect fantasy world what girl names compliments [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] the best. I have been a name nerd lately working on my lists!!
I get that and it’s so hard letting go of a name you love for me in an ideal name nerd world [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] sister would be [name_f]Faye[/name_f], [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] or [name_f]Iris[/name_f] just go totally vintage & sweet
I think [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] and [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] fit well together!! I like the suggestions of [name_u]Willow[/name_u], [name_u]Sage[/name_u], [name_u]Quinn[/name_u], [name_u]Harper[/name_u] and [name_u]Hadley[/name_u]!
I think [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] goes quite well with [name_u]Harlow[/name_u], but if you are open to flipping your combo, [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] [name_u]Harlow[/name_u] works well too!
I love [name_f]Amalia[/name_f] and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]. I think I would use [name_f]Amalia[/name_f] as a first name over [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] but love [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] as a middle name.
