Sister for Emery

Good morning!

DH and I are looking for a girl’s name that would be a good fit with our DD, [name_u]Emery[/name_u]. I would really like the middle name to be Ivena, and not a top 20(ish) name. Suggestions, please?

Thanks!

Good afternoon!

Here are my suggestions! [name_m]Even[/name_m] though [name_u]Avery[/name_u] is a top 20 name, I believe that it would compliment [name_u]Emery[/name_u]'s name quite well because they are both unisex names and have the same amount of syllables, without sounding too identical! [name_u]Avery[/name_u] Ivena sounds like a beautiful combination! If [name_u]Avery[/name_u] is too popular for you, a less popular (but still as beautiful name) would be [name_u]Ever/Everly[/name_u]! [name_u]Ever/Everly[/name_u] and [name_u]Emery[/name_u] sounds like an amazing sib-set, and [name_u]Ever/Everly[/name_u] Ivena is a stunning name combination! But if you think [name_u]Ever/Everly[/name_u] is too unusual, a name that is a suitable middle (not too unusual but not too popular, this name ranks at #164, so it’s out of the top 100, let alone the top 20) would be [name_u]Eden[/name_u]. This name is a very sweet, girly, and if you are religious (biblical, referring to the Garden of [name_u]Eden[/name_u] here). I feel with the middle name Ivena, it sounds just as pretty as [name_u]Avery[/name_u] Ivena and [name_u]Ever[/name_u] Ivena! With this name, you won’t have to be concerned about having five other [name_u]Eden[/name_u]'s in your daughter’s class (which would occur with [name_u]Avery[/name_u]) but it’s not as off the grid as [name_u]Ever/Everly[/name_u] (if you’re concerned about her name standing out too much), so it’s a suitable middle name (as I previously mentioned) I hope that I helped you out and I wish you all the best in naming [name_u]Emery[/name_u]'s little sister!

Take care!

P.S.Here are the three names with the middle name Ivena below, so you can see how the names look together!

[name_u]Avery[/name_u] Ivena
[name_u]Ever[/name_u] Ivena or Everly Ivena
[name_u]Eden[/name_u] Ivena

Thanks all!

I do like [name_u]Avery[/name_u] - it was my runner up for [name_u]Emery[/name_u]. But I think they’re a little too similar. I also like the sound of [name_u]Everly[/name_u] / [name_u]Ever[/name_u], but I think [name_u]Everly[/name_u] is also too close to [name_u]Emery[/name_u], and they’re just a little too out there. I like [name_u]Harper[/name_u] (and [name_u]Parker[/name_u], but I’m not sure if anyone here suggested that), but can’t really picture my child with either name. I really like the sound of [name_u]Camden[/name_u], but was basically told it’s a horrible name because of the [name_m]New[/name_m] [name_u]Jersey[/name_u] city…

I really like the sound of [name_f]Ella[/name_f] Ivena, but [name_f]Ella[/name_f] is a bit more common than I’d like.

[name_u]Avery[/name_u] is really common where I live.
I think [name_f]Ivana[/name_f] and [name_u]Emery[/name_u] goes well with:
adrienne
rose
laine
kate
eleanor
noelle

scarlett
