Sister for Maple

Thank you guys for helping me name our rescue husky, [name_f]Maple[/name_f], back in [name_u]November[/name_u]!

We decided to find a little dog sister for her, so we are welcoming a yellow (more white than yellow, actually) labrador puppy into the family next month! Right now, we’re liking:

Here are my thoughts on your list for the little sister:

Pippa-That’s really cute. I can see this on a yellow lab, & it works w/Maple.

Agatha-I think that this would be fun on a dog, but I don’t know…hard to picture on a goofy spunky Labador.

Tulip-That may be a little too cutesy for in my opinion, but it is fun & unexpcted.

Alice-Hm. I like it in general, but it feels too serious.

Tofu-Haha, & that feels too goofy.

Kimchi-Same as above.

Willa-Really lovely name, & I would love it as a human sister for [name_f]Maple[/name_f]. But it seems too quiet for a Lab.

Oona-That’s certainly interesting. I think it could work!

Phoebe-Really cute, & this seems to fit the description of the pup well. Plus, it’s nice w/Maple.

Agnes-Fun name, but I think too clunky here.

I like [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] best, closely followed by [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f]. A few other ideas:

Bess…maybe [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] nn [name_f]Bess[/name_f]? Would that be adorable or what? :grin:

I think [name_u]Birch[/name_u] would be cute, but it would be setting a pattern you may not want to. Otherwise:
