We have a son named [name_u]Milo[/name_u] [name_m]Alfred[/name_m]. If we have a boy, we will go with [name_m]Louis[/name_m]. (Pronounced [name_u]Louie[/name_u])
But don’t have a definite girl name. Here’s some I’ve thought about to give you an idea of our taste and am open to other suggestions

Names I love but would never pair with Milo:

Maya
Millie (maybe I would w this one but a little too cutesy)
Milo & [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] is a favourite pairing of mine! I really like [name_u]Milo[/name_u] & [name_f]Lila[/name_f] together in terms of style, but I think they sounds way too similar to be siblings, unfortunately.

Milo [name_m]Alfred[/name_m] is adorable. [name_m]Louis[/name_m] would be perfect for his brother. But here are my thoughts if the little one is a girl:
Lucy-This is just a darling name. It’s hard to say w/out a smile; kind of like [name_u]Milo[/name_u]. And it goes nicely w/your ln too.
Olive-I love it! It’s just spunky & feminine & glamorous. I’m not loving it w/your ln, but I guess not a total deal breaker.
Willa-Also a good solid vintage feminine smart slightly quirky name. It doesn’t sparkle as much as some of the others, but it’s nice.
Violet-I love it too, but am w/out that [name_f]Vi[/name_f] is meh. And this is a little bit ‘v’ heavy w/your ln.
Lila-This is good, but too much w/Milo.
Mae-[name_f]Mae[/name_f] [name_u]Van[/name_u] [name_m]Cleve[/name_m] sounds like a movie star from the 40s. Which is a good thing!
Amelia-Yeah…I love this name too, but there sure are a lot of them running around.
I think that you could pull off a [name_f]Millie[/name_f] as a sister for [name_u]Milo[/name_u] if it were a nn. [name_u]Camille[/name_u], [name_f]Camilla[/name_f], [name_f]Millicent[/name_f] or [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] nn [name_f]Millie[/name_f]? Or [name_f]Camellia[/name_f] if you want to really fancy!

Milo and [name_f]Olive[/name_f] feel a little close. [name_u]Milo[/name_u] and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] would sound better together, IMO.
