So we are hoping to have a little brother or sister for our son [name_u]Toby[/name_u] soon, and are starting to think about names.

I’m named after my mum’s childhood dog, and [name_u]Toby[/name_u] was the name of one of my grandparents dogs when I was little)

From your list I love [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] and [name_f]Summer[/name_f]. Those are beautiful and I think they would go well with [name_u]Toby[/name_u].
I think the connection of Inara to you and your husband is super cool. And [name_f]Indy[/name_f] is such a cute nickname for a girl! I also like [name_f]Evie[/name_f] from your list, and it would go good with [name_u]Toby[/name_u].
@musicwaves thanks for all the name suggestions. I do like [name_f]April[/name_f], although prefer the [name_m]French[/name_m] [name_f]Avril[/name_f], but I’d only feel comfortable naming a daughter this if she was actually born in [name_f]April[/name_f]. I also really like [name_f]Olive[/name_f], but always picture a gorgeous girl with olive skin when I say it, I don’t know that it would suit a super white, blonde, blue/green eyed girl, what do you think?

@lunakitty they are lovely names aren’t they! I love the idea of [name_u]Rio[/name_u] for a girl (although I also like it for a boy), out of interest, would you use [name_u]Rio[/name_u] as a nn for a longer name, or use it as the full name? And if you did use it as a nn, what name would you use as the full name?

I really like [name_u]Toby[/name_u] and [name_f]Alba[/name_f]! They sound so good together. I also really Like [name_u]Toby[/name_u] with [name_u]Ember[/name_u]. I like the story behind Inara and the name itself but not sure it flows well with [name_u]Toby[/name_u] ending in Y and Inara starting with I.
