I have a two year old [name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] and just found out we are due with our second girl. I really like the name [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] and do like that it coordinates with my daughter’s name, but is it TOO matchy??
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] are perfect sister names; I especially love your daughter’s name.
Gorgeous! [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t hesitate a second longer!
Thank you for the feedback! So far none of my other name suggestions my husband likes so I have a feeling we will end up with this!
They are lovely together. They share the first letter but sound very different. A great choice!
I really like both combinations as a sibset.
i think they’re [name_f]Lovely[/name_f]!
I don’t think its too matchy at all. I think its perfect actually!
I don’t think it’s too match-y at all, in fact, with the middles mentioned, they make the perfect pair.
I think [name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] would make a wonderful pair.
Yay!! All the positive feedback is making me feel stronger about going for it. Thanks!
I think they work really well together and like the theme of a 2 syllable, L-starting first with and short, more masculine/unisex middle. My only issue would be that this is a theme you might feel pressure to continue (if you do choose to have more children), but that is my only issue and may be something you are hoping to do anyway.
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] is a lovely combo btw
I think they are distinct enough from each other that they work well. Good choices.
