I’ll go in the opposite direction. I much prefer [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] over [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]. I feel like [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] is oddly popular - something that’s on everyone’s list. It’s pretty but kind of bland in my opinion. [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] is one of my guilty pleasures, and I think you should go for it! [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] could work if your last name is two or more syllables.
I love the idea of [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] and [name_u]Owen[/name_u], actually. I think it’s lovely. I just think [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is a bit sticky off the tongue…

This times a million! [name_u]Owen[/name_u] and [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] is perfect, and [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is absolutely gorgeous! So feminine and timeless and strong. All the Cecilias I’ve known have been lovely. I love the nns Ceci and [name_f]Cissy[/name_f], too.
The unisex [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] has never been my thing, and I even more can’t get into it because it reminds me of the baddie on Alias–[name_u]Sloan[/name_u] [name_m]Arvin[/name_m].
[name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] is a better choice and [name_f]CeCe[/name_f] is a nice nickname, will be so cute with [name_u]Owen[/name_u]
If the middle has to be [name_f]Jane[/name_f], I’d go with [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] (which is gorgeous). I also like [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] a ton and think it’s more unique, but it doesn’t go with [name_f]Jane[/name_f].

[name_u]Sloane[/name_u] and [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] are both excellent names! [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] is delicate and beautiful while [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] is strong and powerful, and I love both. However, [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] sounds much nicer than [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]. If you’d consider a slight alteration to the middle name though (and if it doesn’t bother you that [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] and [name_u]Owen[/name_u] are, as others have pointed out, a bit matchy), I’d suggest something like [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Janette[/name_f], [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Janine[/name_f], or [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Janelle[/name_f]. If, however, you are dead set on just plain [name_f]Jane[/name_f], then I think [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] is the superior choice.

I’m sure it’s just a me thing but I thought I would just put that out there.
