I go between, but today I’m preferring the slightly longer look of [name_f]Sophia[/name_f]

[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] is my default spelling, and how I would assume that the name is spelled if I only heard it – like if I was taking an order. I believe that [name_f]Sofia[/name_f] is the more commonly used spelling among Spanish speakers and in parts of Europe, so that might be a spelling to consider if you live in a heavily Hispanic area.
