I don’t think [name]Sylvia[/name] is snobbish at all. It’s my favorite of these. I love the meaning. The other names on your list seem a little vowel heavy, but pretty. God bless.
I don’t think [name]Sylvia[/name] is snobbish. I think it’s very pretty. [name]Moira[/name] is a name you don’t hear around any more and I think it has a very neat sound. [name]Elaina[/name] is pretty and I like it better that [name]Elaine[/name] by itself. I think my favorite of yours is [name]Eliana[/name]. It’s very pretty and has a lot of flowing vowel sounds, which I love!
[name]Sylvia[/name] - not snobby at all! I had the coolest teacher with this name. I like just [name]Sylvie[/name] better, but that’s me. It’s streamlined, sweet, soft, charming, striking. I think Adalise and [name]Sylvia[/name] are very sweet together. I really like [name]Sylvia[/name] [name]Rachel[/name] as a combo…
[name]Moira[/name] - I can see the appeal behind this and several years ago I really loved it, but it doesn’t really do anything for me anymore. I like the idea of it, but not really the name itself. I would like it as a MN but since the MN is already set I guess that wouldn’t work.
[name]Eliana[/name] - very sweet! It has such a nice meaning and the nns for it are lovely ([name]Elle[/name], [name]Ella[/name], [name]Ellie[/name], [name]Lia[/name]/[name]Lea[/name]/[name]Leah[/name], [name]Liana[/name], [name]Ana[/name], [name]Annie[/name], [name]Lannie[/name], etc.). After [name]Sylvia[/name], this is my favorite from this list!
[name]Elaina[/name] - I like the sound of this but I’ve never really cared for this spelling. I vastly prefer the more streamlined, Latin [name]Elena[/name].
Good luck!
