Looking for a boy name after father [name_m]Luke[/name_m]. It can also be after the meaning of [name_u]Light[/name_u]. I have considered [name_u]Luca[/name_u]. But hes not a big fan. I can’t find any great names. So I thought I’d see what the names expert can come up with!

Perhaps you’d like Lucian / Lucien or Luciano? Not the same hard c sound, but same meanings and similar appearance.
How about [name_u]Lux[/name_u]? It visually looks similar to [name_m]Luke[/name_m] but has a different sound so if you don’t like [name_m]Luke[/name_m] then you may like [name_u]Lux[/name_u] instead, and it also has the meaning of light (very literally). It’s also more unique and modern than [name_m]Luke[/name_m] which will honor dad without making baby L feel too old-school or like he wasn’t given his own name.

I like [name_m]Meyer[/name_m] with the bringer of light meaning! There are a lot of nice options with the meaning bright, which I would say is the same. I like [name_u]Robert[/name_u] and [name_u]Robin[/name_u] of those the best.
