[name_f]Poet[/name_f] is very pretty and goes sweetly with scout. I can’t get the fish image out of my head for minnow though
Personally, I wouldn’t start a pattern with “word names”. You have a [name_u]Scout[/name_u] so [name_f]Poet[/name_f] would be another occupational name. It’s better in the middle spot. I chose [name_f]Winnifred[/name_f] [name_f]Poet[/name_f]. I think this combo sounds the best. [name_u]Scout[/name_u] and [name_f]Poet[/name_f] sound cheesy to me. [name_u]Scout[/name_u] and [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] sound good together.
[name_f]Winnifred[/name_f] would be my personal pick, but I think [name_u]Scout[/name_u] and [name_f]Poet[/name_f] sound best together.
This is exactly what I was thinking. [name_u]Scout[/name_u] and [name_f]Poet[/name_f] are a bit much together, but [name_f]Winnifred[/name_f] and [name_u]Scout[/name_u] are adorable!
[name_f]Poet[/name_f] is my top name, but I have been concerned about having two titles. Now I’m just torn between [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] ([name_f]Winnifred[/name_f]) and [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] (Minnow).
I chose [name_f]Poet[/name_f] [name_f]Winnifred[/name_f], but I like [name_f]Winnifred[/name_f] [name_f]Poet[/name_f] equally well.
I would definitely consider backing yourself into a naming hole if you want to have a third child - would you feel you had to continue the pattern? Would you want to? Would you be able to find a boys’ name you liked that fit? Etc.
[name_f]Poet[/name_f] and [name_u]Scout[/name_u] go beautifully together, though.
Minnow?? Why name a child Fishbait? [name_f]Poet[/name_f] is ok, but couldn’t really get on board w/your combinations. Sorry.
This is what I was going to say! I would like to spell it [name_f]Winifred[/name_f] though.
