No, definitely not! I find [name_f]Stella[/name_f] quite international.
[name_f]Stella[/name_f] isn’t particularly Italian to me. It’s a multi-cultural option. The most well-known [name_f]Stella[/name_f] is fashion designer [name_f]Stella[/name_f] McCartney and she’s English.

[name_f]Stella[/name_f] is a latin word, making it very international. No specific heritage / ethnicity comes to mind with this one.
