Stila Lipstick Names!

Okay, so I am a lipstick junkie. [name_m]Just[/name_m] a little while ago I was watching one of my favorite beauty gurus on Youtube and she was talking about these new color balm lipsticks by Stila. Usually lipsticks have names like “ravishing red” or “vivid violet”, but these lipsticks had real names! Whoever named these lipsticks has really great taste. There are 19 in the collection and the names and colors are:

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] (nude color)
[name_u]Avery[/name_u] (peachy coral)
[name_f]Natasha[/name_f] (spicy red)
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] (pinky purple)
[name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] (dusty light pink)
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] (pink taupe)
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] (deep red)
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] (peachy pink)
[name_f]Betsy[/name_f] ([name_f]Fuchsia[/name_f])
[name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f] (nude pink)
[name_f]Brigitte[/name_f] (Wine)
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] (terracotta rose)
[name_f]Valentina[/name_f] (orange)
[name_f]Sherri[/name_f] (cocoa berry)
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] (dusty rose)
[name_f]Maya[/name_f] (terracotta)
[name_f]Elle[/name_f] (pinky coral)
[name_u]Ali[/name_u] (raisin)
[name_f]Sonya[/name_f] ([name_u]Dusty[/name_u] merlot)

What do ya’ll think of these names? I got all of the names from stilacosmetics.com just in case all you makeup and name lovers want to go take a look.

Oh wow, these are nice names, not just for lipsticks but in general. For the most part the names suit the colours to me- [name_f]Natasha[/name_f], [name_f]Sonya[/name_f], and [name_f]Brigitte[/name_f] as dark colours, exotic and foreign, bewitching and seductive; [name_f]Maya[/name_f] earthy and natural, and I think of the Mayan civilization/terracotta associated with old things (a stretch?); [name_f]Elle[/name_f], [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f], and [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] soft colours, sweet and dainty, pretty and feminine. [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is too spunky a name for a nude colour though, and [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] always seemed pink to me (though there’s [name_f]Valencia[/name_f] oranges which is similar).
