Feeling stuck here. Folks have come up with beautiful suggestions and yet we can’t make a decision. Basically, I want to use [name]Nicholas[/name] and [name]Clover[/name] but for family/political reasons I can’t use both. You’ve already given me some great boy names to go with [name]Clover[/name]. So two questions remain:
Girls’ names to go with [name]Nicholas[/name]
Is [name]Clover[/name] too good to pass up?..especially [name]Clover[/name] Brookfield? For some reason it’s not sticking.
Girls’ names to go with [name]Nicholas[/name] - Greek, means “people of victory” - I love that meaning -so positive!
[name]Veronica[/name] nn [name]Vera[/name]- Latin meaning
[name]Penelope[/name] nn [name]Nell[/name] - Greek like [name]Nicholas[/name]
[name]Katherine[/name] nn [name]Kate[/name] - Greek
[name]Melina[/name] nn [name]Lena[/name] - Greek

Is [name]Clover[/name] too good to pass up?..especially [name]Clover[/name] Brookfield? For some reason it’s not sticking.
[name]Clover[/name] is really cute, but I find that [name]Nicholas[/name] has more classic weight to it. The plant names that are more classic are [name]Rose[/name] and [name]Lillian[/name] nn [name]Lily[/name]. It just depends on what you love. I tend to love the weightier names because you have to live with them for a whole lifetime. Could be ninety years. I’m not sure that I’d want to be named [name]Clover[/name] for ninety years, every day. I could live with [name]Katherine[/name] nn [name]Kate[/name] every day for ninety years. Or any of those other choices I listed above. I know [name]Katherine[/name] has been really popular, but it is easy to live with.
