Absolutely not.
Don’t use [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f] as a first name, please.
[name_f]Malina[/name_f] has a similar meaning, what about [name_f]Malina[/name_f]?
[name_u]Or[/name_u] if you really love [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f], use it as a middle name, but even that would be too brave for me- maybe for someone else it is cottagecore sweet though. But don’t use it as a first name, again, please.

I’m not sold on [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f] as a comfortably wearable name, although it gets some appreciation on the forums. Out of interest, do you pronounce [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f] with two or three syllables? I say it with three, but it sounds better as a name as Straw-bree I think.

It’s not for me, but if you’d be willing to flip it around, [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f] would be lovely! :strawberry:

Ditto [name_f]Molly[/name_f]!

I would never actually use it, I just like the sound of it.

It’s pretty [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f] Shortcake for me - maybe as a character for a childrens’ cartoon but not for a real person.

[name_f]Jane[/name_f] is actually very very popular in my area so it would have to be a middle name

I would never actually use it as a name, its on my gp list though

I overheard a mom calling for her daughter, [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f], at a park. I don’t see anything wrong with it.

It’s a little cartoon character, personally.

I actually think Stawberry could make an awesome middle if paired nicely! I mean, we have [name_u]Juniper[/name_u], [name_u]Fern[/name_u], [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] and so many more. [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f] Jane… It kinda makes me think about some strawberry whos name is [name_f]Jane[/name_f].

How adorable!

It doesn’t work for me.

It’s like a nickname for a lady who sells strawberries at the weekly farmer’s market. Next to [name_f]Banana[/name_f] [name_f]Barbara[/name_f] and Blueberry [name_f]Sarah[/name_f].

While I tend to be all over combos like this, something about [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f] particularly makes it too descriptive as a combo I think! It does seem more like a “oh that’s [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f], the [name_f]Jane[/name_f] I buy my strawberries from” combo :joy:

Perhaps because I want to shorten it instinctively, and Straw doesn’t lend itself to being a word name very well. Blueberry [name_f]Jane[/name_f] “Blu” or Raspberry [name_f]Jane[/name_f] “Razz” (or even “Abby” if you’re feeling stretchy!) work better in my head.

Very sweet imagery though!

For a real life person? A little too cutesy and [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f] Shortcake for me. As just a name on your list or for a character, it’s fun and sunny!
