Strong Feminine Names

Most people (myself included) tend to classify girls’ names into distinct categories: unisex and girly. Unisex names like [name]Morgan[/name] and [name]Avery[/name] have been racing up the charts, but so have frilly girl names like [name]Isabella[/name] and [name]Olivia[/name]. Some names from this girly category fall into what I call the strong feminine names. These are decidedly female, but they give off sort of a “dainty strength” aura. In addition, they sound capable–you would trust your life to surgeons named these names. Here are a couple I could think of:

I adore feminine names, and personally think them much nicer than unisex ones …

Cant agree on [name]Regina[/name]. I dont know how it is pronounced in [name]America[/name], but here it is RegEYEna. [name]Imagine[/name] the teasing in the playground.
