Hello, we need your help! Our third girl is due in [name_u]August[/name_u] and we still don’t have a name for her. We are parents to [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] (4) and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] (2) and there wasnt any problem with naming them. The names of our children have special meaning to us:
Our first daughter: [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] (born in [name_u]December[/name_u]): I am a musician and winter is my wife’s fav time of the year. Because she wanted to capture the beauty of the season, we picked [name_u]Winter[/name_u] as the middle name.
Our second daughter: [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] (born in [name_u]November[/name_u]): Fall is my favorite season and I love the color of ivy leaves in the fall.
We are stuck with the names for our little summer child. My wife loves [name_f]Lily[/name_f], [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Isla[/name_f] but I am not sure if they go well with [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]. We are also looking for a perfect middle name which would evoke the spirit of summer. We would love to hear some great girl name suggestions.
Edit: Some names we have considered are: Aulora, Lainey, Briar, Skye, Alva, Aella, Hailey, Wren, Elara, Vela
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Isla[/name_f] goes very well.
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is too similar to [name_f]Aria[/name_f]. I’ll star my favorites
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] , [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Hallie[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] , [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] , [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucille[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] , [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Josephina[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] , [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Geneva[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] , [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliana[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] , [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Gianna[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] , [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Julia[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] , [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucia[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] , [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Frida[/name_f]
Your daughters’ names are STUNNING! [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] are two of my favorites :).
I think either [name_f]Lily[/name_f] or [name_f]Isla[/name_f] would be my choices for girl #3. They both go very well with the other siblings. I like [name_u]Skye[/name_u] for you as well. I think some of your other choices, while beautiful, don’t go well with the other sisters ([name_f]Elara[/name_f] is too similar to [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is too similar to [name_f]Aria[/name_f]).
Regarding a summery middle, I’m a bit stumped. I like the above suggestion of [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] (meaning “light”)!
Since your two daughters names were inspired by the month they born here are some [name_u]August[/name_u] gemstone/flower inspired names
[name_f]Dottie[/name_f] - [name_f]Peridot[/name_f] is the gemstone of [name_u]August[/name_u] and [name_f]Dottie[/name_f] (also [name_u]Peri[/name_u]) makes great names
[name_f]Sunniva[/name_f] - also [name_f]Soleil[/name_f] are great sunny names that brings mind sunflowers
Meria - Alstroemeria is not a usable flower name but Meria makes a great alternative
[name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] - another [name_u]August[/name_u] flower is dahlia, underused flower name that deserve to be discovered
[name_f]Zinnia[/name_f] - Z names are always cool and trendy
[name_f]Jonquil[/name_f] - I always loved [name_f]Jonquil[/name_f] and love to mention her when I can, a bit brave but still beautiful
[name_f]Leona[/name_f] - a female name that means lion will be a nod to her zosia sign
[name_m]How[/name_m] cool that you gave your girls seasonal middles! [name_u]Love[/name_u] the suggestions of [name_f]Soleil[/name_f] or [name_f]Coral[/name_f] for #3
And not sure which hemisphere you’re in, but maybe you could pick the name of a summer constellation or star? Something like [name_f]Lyra[/name_f], [name_u]Vega[/name_u], or [name_f]Andromeda[/name_f] would be a cool choice.
I actually really like [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] with [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]; they share an ethereal sound. For first names, I’d recommend [name_f]Flora[/name_f]/[name_f]Flor[/name_f]/[name_f]Fleur[/name_f] and [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]. [name_f]Summer[/name_f] makes me think of long, golden evenings and dewy gold-dusted mornings, and the [name_u]Frost[/name_u] poem “Nothing [name_m]Gold[/name_m] Can Stay”. Names that evoke golden imagery are [name_f]Marygold[/name_f], [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] ([name_f]Aurora[/name_f]!), [name_f]Fay[/name_f], [name_f]Xanthe[/name_f], and [name_u]Vesper[/name_u]. Any of those names would be great in the first or middle name spot.
Your daughters’ names are so incredibly beautiful!
Out of the names you’ve mentioned, I think [name_f]Briar[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] would be a lovely combo. [name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], and [name_f]Briar[/name_f] sounds wonderful and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] fits the nature-y two syllable theme that the other two have.
Otherwise:
[name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], and [name_f]Bridget[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], and [name_f]Calla[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], and [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], and [name_u]Harper[/name_u]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], and [name_f]Hazel[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], and [name_f]Juno[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], and [name_u]Remy[/name_u]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], and [name_f]Violet[/name_f]
I look forward to hearing what you choose! Best of luck
