Which name do you like more [name_f]Summer[/name_f] ‘Sum’ or [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] ‘El’?
[name_m]Just[/name_m] a personal preference, well known nature names aren’t my thing, so I prefer [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], and I also prefer the nickname [name_f]El[/name_f]. That being said, [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] is a [name_f]French[/name_f] name, and I love [name_f]French[/name_f] names, so it was biased anyways. [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] is my personal preference, but they’re both lovely names.
[name_f]Summer[/name_f] has never felt like an actual name to me, so [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] would be my pick.
[name_f][/name_f]I think [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Summer[/name_f] ________ sounds cute though!

Usually and as a name, I’d say the chic, [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] but right now, I’m off Elle/Ellie names so the warm but tailored, [name_f]Summer[/name_f] really appeals.
[name_f][/name_f]I would, hw, use [name_f]Sunny[/name_f], [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] or [name_f]Honey[/name_f] as a nickname for Summer; [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], nn [name_f]Edie[/name_f] or [name_m]Odie[/name_m].
I prefer [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], but also really like [name_f]Summer[/name_f] just not that keen on nn Sum
[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite is [name_f]Summer[/name_f]! Both are of course beautiful but [name_f]Summer[/name_f] just feels so warm, carefree and oozes happiness. I would use the nickname [name_f]Sunny[/name_f] really embrace that beachy summer sun feel.

[name_f]Elodie[/name_f] for me! [name_f][/name_f] I want to like [name_f]Summer[/name_f] but it’s never truly appealed to me? [name_f][/name_f] I do agree [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] [name_f]Summer[/name_f] is lovely though! [name_f][/name_f] Sum also doesn’t feel that appealing of a nn for me personally, it just brings to mind the result of an addition problem, which is another reason [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] nn [name_f]El[/name_f] appeals to me more.

I prefer [name_f]Summer[/name_f] but like [name_f]El[/name_f] more than Sum.
Both names are lovely, I think today I’d choose [name_f]Elodie[/name_f].
