I’m planning my own little superhero universe, which will be comprised of two trilogies, one during an approximate “modern” day, and the other in the 80’s or 90’s, with an additional novel all about time travel taking a character from one of these time frames and moving them to the other, setting up the second trilogy. In which direction should the story flow?
