Sylvester on a girl?

What are your thoughts on [name_m]Sylvester[/name_m] on a girl? I love it as a middle name, and I adore the nickname Silver. Right now, I’m liking the combo [name_f]Annika[/name_f] [name_m]Sylvester[/name_m], but if you have any other combos, I would love to hear em!

I think it could make an interesting middle! It still sounds a bit frumpy for a boy IMO so it’s not my favorite. I think [name_u]Silver[/name_u] could be really cool too!

[name_m]Sylvester[/name_m] “Silver” is very cool, but I’m afraid I’m not a fan of [name_m]Sylvester[/name_m] on a girl. This may just be because [name_m]Sylvester[/name_m] is my number one boy’s name, though.

It might work for you but personally I prefer [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] or [name_f]Sylvaine[/name_f] or [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]

I adore [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], but the idea of a nickname being longer than the actual name throws me off

I don’t even like it for a boy but [name_u]Silver[/name_u] on it’s own is quite memorable.

I just think of the Looney Toons Sylvester… but [name_u]Silver[/name_u] is so cute for a first name.

I think for a middle, it would be cool! [name_f]Annika[/name_f] [name_m]Sylvester[/name_m] is sleek and interesting. I do just like [name_u]Silver[/name_u] though
