Its kind of perfect i even have a few little short stories written about them maybe ill share them here later

I also have an update about Aconito and C so i said earlier Aconito separated himself from the group to avoid causing anymore harm to C (poor guy blames himself for everything thats happened and the other blaming him doesn’t help) but then after C and the other go fight some gods C kills them and then they all get sent to the underworld and are all now stuck there waiting (this includes Aconito and [name_m]Eloi[/name_m] (eloi is being rude to Aconito again of course))

I just remembered another funny detail about dux and dolium and that is that when dux first came to his castle instead of having his servants refer to Dux as sir or his name Dolium has the servants refer to him as [name_m]Lord[/name_m] Dux

Also i should send the little stories i have id have to clean them up a bit first and make sure it doesn’t have typos or anything

But in the little bit of writting i have on one of the last times Dux visited they are so close Dux is of course like he was in the current time passing through with a group of victims and he sends one to go collect firewood (go to Dolium as a present) and then when dux goes to see Dolium they chat talk about having a sparring match after dinner they talk about the gift and i think its funny how casual they are about giving a human as a gift lol (Dux: I doubt it but that reminds me how do you like your gift?

Dolium: ah yes the young man with the sword he is doing quite well i just sent him off to the inn i think he will be of use as a knight you always bring me such nice presents

Dux: i’m glad he is satisfactory his disappearance will be a bit difficult to explain but with him gone they will be weaker
[name_f][/name_f])and then Dolium asks him if will stay the night and Dux says he cant because he has to get back to his group of victims and they will find his being gone suspicious

And then dolium is like you should take a break some time and come visit here alone i could host a banquet we could party and dance and have mcuh music and food

Of course dux says that his work is important to keep up because it has to do with his larger plan to get vengeance so he cant

They do have plans after that though that when dux is finished with inacting his revenge he will get some food from his homeland and then they can party and drink all they want to celebrate it would be a wild night especially cause dux will finally be able to relax after massacreing the people he once belonged to

But alas Dux is an antagonist and as things go he is likely to be stopped or killed its just not in the cards for him to live happy even if it would be fun to write dolium will probably get mixed up in it too as the other antagonist

One of my favorite things about [name_m]Loren[/name_m] is how he understates things

[name_f][/name_f]

Like, he’s been arrested and imprisoned for the crime of having been summoned (which is not something he can control), and his jailers, being also scared of him and his powers, just wrapped him in silver chains and left him on a deserted island so tiny that it’s really more like a large rock. So his friends conspire to rescue him, with a plan that goes basically, “Aleesa can’t leave the palace but she can summon a phoenix, and [name_m]Dev[/name_m] will ride the phoenix to the island and rescue [name_m]Loren[/name_m], easy peasy”, which of course is not easy peasy but eventually [name_m]Dev[/name_m] shows up with a phoenix that’s actually larger than the island.

[name_f][/name_f]

And when [name_m]Dev[/name_m] arrives and demonstrates to a very weak and discombobulated [name_m]Loren[/name_m] the existence of this massive flaming mythical bird that’s being used to basically save his life, [name_m]Loren[/name_m] says, “That’s nice.”

IDK I just find it funny

Dux and Doliums meeting

(This was written as a bonus part i made just for my eyes originally so its not exactly my best work)

dux had found himself in a strange cave he did not know how he got there he had been exploring a new route since his old route took too long it had been about 25 years since his exile he had been planning what to do for a while he had been luring travelers to their death for some time now he also picked fights with a great many people trying to get stronger frustratingly there were very few strong enough to put up a decent fight most of which were off on quests fighting dragons fighting in wars out of his reach he had heard some adventurers were quite strong and if he was lucky some had the potential to become even more powerful than those out of his reach which is why he started targeting adventurous travelers in hopes of coming across those few but now he found himself confused for the first time in a while there was no fallen dirt of rocks the cave was as clean as can be and there was no place for him to have fallen from it was then that he heard distant music so he walked towards it in hopes of a fight

Dux: walks into the bar

Dolium: hello traveler welcome to the top of the barrel what can i get for you?

Dux: where am i?

[name_f][/name_f]

Dolium: quick to ask i see this is my bar its beneath the mountain you must have fallen through one of the soft places

Dux: i didn’t realize there were such occurrences here how do i leave?

Dolium: oh unfortunately there are only certain times you can leave you are stuck here for at least a week

[name_f][/name_f]

Dux: there must be another way out tell me it im in a bit of a hurry you see

[name_f][/name_f]

Dolium: where are you off to?

[name_f][/name_f]

Dux: thinks about what to say[name_f][/name_f] im on my way to rose crest

[name_f][/name_f]

Dolium: what business have you there surly it can wait?

[name_f][/name_f]

Dux: there must be a way out whispers[name_f][/name_f] tell me or die

[name_f][/name_f]

Dolium: expression changes and whispers back[name_f][/name_f] if you are in want of a fight you choose the wrong place if you want to threaten me come with me takes a small needle out of where he was hiding it and stabs it into dux’s arm[name_f][/name_f] this will shut you up for a bit it’ll knock you right out

Dux: [i am immune to most poisons but i’ll go along with it and then i’ll kill him he is in my way] pretends to fall asleep

[name_f][/name_f]

Dolium: to the rest of the bar[name_f][/name_f] i’ll be back this lad seems to have drunk himself unconscious i’ll take him to the inn nearby and then be back soon laughs and smiles warmly at the rest of the bar before picking dux up and putting him over his shoulder taking him out of the bar locking the door behind him and taking dux down a nearby secret tunnel

they then reach a cold stone room there are some blood stains on some of the walls

Dolium: puts dux on the ground and takes a swig out of a flask he carries

[name_f][/name_f]

Dux: opens his eyes and tries to punch dolium in the face

[name_f][/name_f]

Dolium: gets hit and spins around to grab dux who teleports away[name_f][/name_f] i see you are stronger than you look wanting to be a hero

[name_f][/name_f]

Dux: what i want is to become stronger so i can massacred those people that exiled me thank you for being my stepping stone attacks again using his teleportation to get behind dolium[name_f][/name_f] i’m surprised you are so strong most humans are weak *tries to punch dolium again but dolium catches his hand

[name_f][/name_f]

Dolium: i see we are of the same mind i will not die today instead you will die and your corpse will feed the earth to give the gardens more nutrients to grow food to give to those fools in the bar

[name_f][/name_f]

they fight a while longer by the end both are near their limits and are bruised

[name_f][/name_f]

Dolium: neither of us can stand fighting much longer and i need to get back to my bar i say we call this a draw

Dux: [he is right i have finally met someone strong enough to match me it is better to make an allie perhaps i can train against him] fine you are stronger than i thought you fight well

Dolium: same to you [he is strong i wonder if i can find a way to keep him here to fight alongside me]

Dolium: hello my friend it’s been a while how goes your travels

Dux: well enough it’s difficult to find anyone worth the fight these days though

Dolium: I see [name_f][/name_f], would you like to have a match after dinner?

[name_f][/name_f]

Dux: of course you are one of the only people i this land i have found can match me in battle the rest were tricked and killed

Dolium: laughs[name_f][/name_f] ah yes i remember when we first met that was some of the most fun i’ve had in a while i remember you threatened to kill me very impatient you are for someone of your lifespan

Dux: and you seem to enjoy life a bit too much

[name_f][/name_f]

Dolium: i am king what better life is there i do remember your issue with food though and the understandable grief that causes

Dux: yes indeed it’s hard to enjoy living when the only food available tastes so horrid

Dolium: how very unfortunate for you perhaps this time i have found a food to serve you that will be satisfactory

Dux: I doubt it but that reminds me how do you like your gift?

Dux: despite the tediousness of my work it is necessary when i have completed my mission i will come stay longer and bring some food from my home land

Dolium: yes of course let us drink to the demise of those who threw you out tonight

Dux: i can’t be drinking too much you will not trick me i want to fight you at my best

Dolium: you saw through me then laughs[name_f][/name_f] I would be drunk too would I not? Doesn’t that make it fair

Dux: you party too much i will stay for dinner and a sparring match no more

Dolium: fine fine sighs[name_f][/name_f] lets go eat dinner

They go and eat dinner tonight dolium has had a suspicious looking meat prepared

Dux: what is this it looks rotten

Dolium: i tried to recreate the cursed manner of the meat of your home land

Dux: I see …… it’s wrong but i’ll try it takes a bite

Dolium: watching for his reaction[name_f][/name_f] so…

Dux: it’s still not good but it’s better than the other things i have had in this land

Dolium: So what you are saying is you can eat it without feeling unwell?

Dux: i suppose so thank you dolium

Dolium: I’m glad. to see my friend well i’ll perfect it for next time

Dux: finishes his plate with less pain and disgust on his face than usual

Dolium: tries a bite and then spits it out on a napkin under the table before ordering a servant to bring his usual

After eating they go back to the blood stained room they first fought in

Dux: i figured someone as lavish and carefree as you would have a nicer sparing room then this

Dolium: bringing back memories is it

[name_f][/name_f]

Dux: the first time we fought i saw you as an enemy

[name_f][/name_f]

Dolium: and now we fight as friends

[name_f][/name_f]
Duxs attacks first teleporting behind dolium and trying to roundhouse kick him in the head but dolium ducks they fight ferociously for another hour this time using more complex and dangerous methods but again the match ends in a draw[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f]

Dux: you have grown much stronger i thought this time id best you

[name_f][/name_f]

Dolium: you forget we both have all the time in the world to train between work it’s been a meer 50 years since we first fought for us but much longer for mortal people and we have grown far stronger since then

Dux: i’ll win next time i’m sure of it

Dolium: shrugs[name_f][/name_f] maybe i doubt it

Dux: i should get back to camp they will awake soon

Dux: no i know the way and wouldn’t want them seeing you

Dolium: how do you plan to explain your bruises

Dux: i had forgotten about that i’m sure i can come up with a story though

Dolium: i have something that might help you see for the last 4 years iv been tinkering around with healing magic

Dux: whatever would you need that for

Dolium: makes the place seem more magical when i can heal wounds from bar fights with a drink

Dux: i thought it was a spell

Dolium: yes but they don’t know that winks

Dux: I see… well can you use it on me?

Dolium: pretends to think[name_f][/name_f] hmm

Dux: looking irritated

Dolium: im joking of course i can grabs dux’s hands and focuses[name_f][/name_f] [this should be helpful to him he wont have as much to explain] whispers magic spell for healing and dux’s injuries slowly fade[name_f][/name_f] i do warn you it mostly works on the appearance and for temporary relief i usually use this to enchant them long enough to trap them and redo the spell each day tomorrow you will feel the bruises though they appear gone

Dux: pulls his hands free[name_f][/name_f] of course thank you Dolium this will help a lot

Dolium: gestures to the tunnel leading to the outside[name_f][/name_f] well be on your way clasps his hands together in front of him[name_f][/name_f] i wouldn’t want your visit to cause issues

Dux: nods[name_f][/name_f] i’ll see you in another 10 years or so leaves

So Lorilei Noire is a vampire who became a vampire after she was attacked and left for dead in a dumpster outside the hospital where her mom was admitted of course because the justice system is bullcrap if anyone found out she had been turned into a vampire she would go to jail as well because turning someone into a vampire is a crime as is being turned into a vampire so she had to leave her mother behind so avoid getting her or her mother put in harms way via the government Lorilei is one of my sadder characters but not in the same way as characters like Aconito in the way thay sadness is expressed Lorilei spends her time looking for reasons to keep going a mean vampires can live for basically forever so now she has all the time in the world basically i had a little quote i wrote for her before i had even got her characters all fleshed out ig with appearance and name and whatnot but i haven’t decided which character will start the conversation that leads to it

Lorilei Noire: I don’t know I think that whether or not someone would go back in time and change the past if given the chance it all really comes down to whether or not they are happy with their life and who they are now or not and I really don’t know which I am yet

[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Mari[/name_f]: She seems like the innocent peacemaker, and she is, but she also likes to cause drama and then pin the blame on someone else

[name_m]Niko[/name_m] is literally my OC [name_m]Remus[/name_m].

It’s mentioned in multiple of the “books” I have written that Remus’s happiest years was 3-8 (after being put with the Arsonists) and after 8 he began to get bullied for having a weird family, and being the only boy in the school to wear a dress (he’s gender nonconforming any pronouns btw).

Then by 12 he was being bullied for being gay.

At 18 he entered an abusive relationship with a guy and spent 2 years suffering.

It wasn’t until he was 20 he finally got out of that relationship that he began smiling again. And that was only bc of his daughter he adopted from his sister-in-law.
