What are some cute, sweet, fun names that you have given to your baby that aren’t shortened names/actual nicknames? Such as, cuddle bug, little dove, bubs, or something that has a similar rhyme/style to your childs name, etc…

DD1 gets Pixie a lot. It started as Pickle > Pix > Pixie, but Pixie definitely works as a term of endearment all by itself. Also Junebug or just Bug, linked to her name.
DS gets Kitten, Kitty or even Kitchen sometimes. Related to his name but also feel quite generic.
DD2 gets Noodle (from her name), Mini, Pippin/Pip/Pipkin (from Pipsqueak) or Poppin/Pops (from Poppet).
[name_f]My[/name_f] daughter is bunny or bun a lot of the time… Sometimes I worry strangers might think that’s her real name!

I was “Flipper” since I flipped around a lot in my mom’s womb and “Technicolor Baby” because of my coloring.
One of my friends used to call me Fitzwilliam “Fitzy” and I’ve gotten “Warm Cinnamon” because I’m ginger from a very sweet person herself when I was young. Also, my real name has been shoehorned into longer forms.
[name_u]Ever[/name_u] since I was born, my dad’s called me Squirrel. I have no idea why, but I love the nickname!
