UpdateHubby vetoed Nora and doesn’t like Katherine so we took those names out and added Julia Madeline…hubby also likes Hayden Alexandra and Kelsey Josephine…Wdyt of these?
What do you think of these names? We will most likely use [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] and [name_f]Mila[/name_f] if we have 2 girls as those are the ones that hubby loves as well. But I want to have some backups in case. Which do you think make the best sisters? Thank you all!
First choice - [name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f]
Second choice - [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f]
Third choice - [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
Least favourite - [name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] - very nice.
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] - love [name_f]Mila[/name_f] though I’d slightly prefer [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] or [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f].
[name_f]Julia[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] - this is my least favorite only because it feels like a common name for girls I grew up with. Still very pretty though.
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] - love.
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] - love.
great list overall. [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] and [name_f]Mila[/name_f] will make great sisters.
1 [name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f]
2 [name_f]Julia[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] (I’m a bit biased as [name_f]Julia[/name_f] is my first name)
3 [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f]
I actually really love [name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]. [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and then [name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] would be my next favorites here.
Hmmm…
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] - [name_f]Mila[/name_f] is a great name. She feels modern yet due to her strong Eastern European influences she’s like a classic. [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] sounds great with [name_f]Mila[/name_f].
[name_f]Julia[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] - [name_f]Julia[/name_f] is a strong classic she sounds fresh and feminine with [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]. I prefer [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] though or [name_f]Juliana[/name_f] but still [name_f]Julia[/name_f] is lovely.
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] - [name_f]Lena[/name_f] is a lovely name as is [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] (it’s my name) but I feel the run of the double ‘a’ is off beat and doesn’t right.
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] - I dislike the name [name_f]Nora[/name_f] it just sounds unattractive in my eyes. I would prefer maybe [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]? [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] is a lovely choice.
If I were to make my own combo’s my favourites would be;
Mila Rosemary
Nora Elizabeth
Tessa Madeline
I don’t particularly like Julia, I feel its a tad old, Victoria seems harsh and dated. Katherine is okay but it too feels slightly dated.
Love Lena, (pr Lay-na), but as a nickname only. Its a nn for Milena in my lists!
I love Alexandra and Josephine as middles, especially with your elegant style! But Hayden and Kelsey are to trendy and bland, I think you would be able to find lovelier first names to compliment these middles and the rest of your combos
I really like [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f].
I also like [name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Nora[/name_f], but not [name_f]Madeline[/name_f]. Although I do know several people who just had babies and named them [name_f]Nora[/name_f]. And I agree that [name_f]Julia[/name_f] sounds more common than the others. Good choices though!
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f], [name_f]Lena[/name_f] and [name_f]Mila[/name_f] are my favorites (since you vetoed my obvious fav - [name_f]Nora[/name_f]!). I really like [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] and [name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] or [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], but [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] doesn’t flow as well to me; neither does [name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]. Neither are terrible and I do love [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]. I would much prefer [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] as the middle name for either [name_f]Lena[/name_f] or [name_f]Mila[/name_f].
As for the rest of the contenders, [name_f]Julia[/name_f] and [name_u]Kelsey[/name_u] feel dated to me as does [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f]. [name_u]Hayden[/name_u] is a bleh choice for a girl, in my opinion. You have such beautiful feminine choices; it would be a shame to use something like [name_u]Hayden[/name_u].
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] - [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] THIS! [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], and [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] goes well with it. [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] or [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] would be really pretty too.
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] - [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]MILA[/name_f]! [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] does feel a bit “filler” ish, how about [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f]?
[name_f]Julia[/name_f] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] - Really pretty. I love each name, and they work, but the 3-3 syllable mix isn’t the best. I guess, I just don’t love them together.
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] - Neither name excites me, sorry. [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f] and [name_f]Julia[/name_f] are all much better.
[name_u]Hayden[/name_u] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] - [name_u]Hayden[/name_u] and [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] are definitely my least 2 favourite names on the list. Put them together and it’s not great, sorry.
[name_u]Kelsey[/name_u] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] - [name_u]Kelsey[/name_u] feels very dated, but [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is really sweet!
Top 3 (in this order): [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] and [name_f]Julia[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f].
