"The change you wanted was rejected" error message

When I attempt to login to the Nameberry forums on Chrome web browser, I get the following error message after inputting my username and password:

“The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn’t have access to.”

Then, the page turns blank when I refresh, and I get this message:

“Account login timed out, please try logging in again.”

I do not have this issue when accessing Nameberry via [name_u]Safari[/name_u] web browser - it only happens on Chrome. I am able to access the lists/articles of Nameberry via Chrome when not signed in. This issue has been ongoing for approximately a year, I just never got around to reporting it!

Some things I have tried to fix the problem, but to no avail:

  • Clearing cookies
  • Turning off my ad-blocker
  • Using Incognito mode
  • Redownloading Chrome

[name_m]Just[/name_m] wanted to touch base to see if the Nameberry team knew what this issue was from, or if anyone had any creative ideas as to how I can solve it!
