The mum problem

The situation is, There’s this girl that lives with this other family (no blood relation), and I just don’t know what to have her call the parents, here are the options;
Mum and Dad, but she ends up dating one of the kids and that might be a bit weird

[name_f]Hattie[/name_f] and [name_m]Charles[/name_m], but it seems really chill

Uncle and Auntie, again a bit weird

So basically I need a few suggestions

([name_f]Edit[/name_f] bear in mind there only late thirties, and she’s lived with them for 6 years)
([name_f]Edit[/name_f] 2: Its leaning towards Auntie/uncle or just first names at the moment)

I would probably go with [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] and [name_m]Charles[/name_m].
What about godmother and godfather? Or a “formal nickname” with a cute story - Guardians, Miss H. and Mr. C, Mr and Mrs. [name_m]Foster[/name_m], something related to their hobbies or professions (example: professor, doctor, director).
Does she have a different heritage? You could use a word that means mom, dad, uncle, aunt or godparents in another language. Or a name with the meaning mother, father, guardian, protector,…

Here are a few ideas:
[name_m]Abu[/name_m] - “father of”
[name_m]Aitor[/name_m] - “good fathers”
[name_f]Amparo[/name_f] - “protection, shelter”
[name_m]Anselm[/name_m] - “protection”
[name_m]Attila[/name_m] - “little father”
[name_u]Avi[/name_u] - “my father”
Babak - “little father”
[name_f]Candace[/name_f] - “queen mother”
[name_u]Demeter[/name_u] - “earth mother”
[name_m]Edmund[/name_m] - “rich protection”
[name_m]Elmo[/name_m] - “protection”
[name_f]Gaia[/name_f] - mother godness of the earth in Greek mythology
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] - “women, mother” and “kin, family”
[name_m]Hammond[/name_m] - “home protection” or “high protection”
Ikenna - “father’s power”
[name_f]Maia[/name_f] - “good mother, dame, foster mother”
Mamuka - “little father”
[name_f]Moa[/name_f] - “mother”
[name_m]Osmond[/name_m] - “God protection”
[name_m]Raymond[/name_m] - “wise protector”
[name_f]Shamira[/name_f] - “guardian, protector”
Sharma/Sharmila - “protection, comfort, joy”
[name_m]William[/name_m] - “resolute protection”
Zaramama - “grain mother”

I’m not sure if this site is correct, but this may help you:

ok so we call many of our parents’ close family friends and our godparents uncle(insert first name) and aunt(insert first name). Everyone else we are supposed to call Mr. and Mrs. (last name).

so I would say if she lives with them call them aunt and uncle.

I would definitely do [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] and [name_m]Charles[/name_m], especially if the MC is going to date one of their kids.
