The ticker with the live names is still there–it’s just way at the top and starts out blank when the page first loads. There’s also a huge amount of white space between the word “nameberry” and the ticker, which feels a bit weird. And I kinda dislike the colors in the cloud. A bit too muted, if you ask me.
I’m on a macbook pro and everything’s loading fine. So far the only glitch I’m encountering is that I can’t “reply with quote”-- it tells me I’m not logged in and then when I log in it tells me my username is invalid.
I’m having a problem with the forums. Everytime I click on a thread it opens up fine, but if I want to see the next page I can’t because everytime I click “next page” my safari app closes.
[name]Edit[/name]: for instance, now that I have posted I can see page 7, but I can’t go back to page 1 unless I go back to the board and select the thread all over again. Seeing pages 2-6 is still impossible for me no matter what though.
Did anyone notice you can’t edit your name lists? I have tried to add and change several times. The save button disappears and I’m left with “delete list”. I then have to go back to my stuff and get to lists but none of the changes were saved.
For anyone who uses the feature, I found where the “Subscriptions” area is. On your member page it’s under the tab “My Activity” then across the top line it says “Subscriptions”. I actually like it better than the old Subscriptions page!
I’m still having issues with it logging me out all the time, but it hasn’t been a huge deal.
I’m having a couple of issues. The first is that, until I click to enter a thread, everyone is showing up with my username. The pages are taking longer than usual to load as well.

I can click on anything else (so far) and it comes up (sometimes extremely slowly) but settings isn’t working for me.

At the top of the screen, the “now” in “names searched right now” is overlapped by the first name in the scrolling list. this is true in full screen and smaller, for both Google Chrome and Firefox (I don’t use IE.)
When I click on the “My Stuff” link at the far right, the menu opens on the right-hand screen, and scoots the rest of the page over to the left, off the screen. There is no left-right scrolling on the bottom screen, so I have to close the “My Stuff” menu in order to see that left-hand portion of the page. In theory, I would think that either there should be a left-right scroll capability at the bottom of the screen (clunky) or that the page should automatically resize to accommodate the pop-out menu instead of being shifted off the screen. This error occurs in full-screen and smaller, in Google Chrome and Firefox.
My husband is a web developer, so maybe I’ll have him poke around a little bit in the name of bug-testing

Are you using an Ipad or iPhone? I’m using my Ipad with the same issue but all you have to do is hold down on the page number you’re wanting to look at and wait for the tab to pop up with the options to “Open” or “Open in [name]New[/name] [name]Tab[/name]”. Not sure if that works on iPhone.
@geeknamezyo [name]Do[/name] you by any chance have an add blocker? That could be why you’re viewing a large gap in between the names currently being looked at and the nameberry logo.

I like the muted colors. I like all the green and it is just softer to look at in the dark.

I sort of love the new homepage!
I like the new lists and that you can see what’s going on in them.
What I’m not liking:
All the white. I would like it better if there was some colored borders around the thread or maybe a slight tint to the background because all the white is just…a lot.

Glitches:
I also had the “every thread is mine” thing but it seems to be doing better
It’s logging me in and out sometimes
[name]Every[/name] few minutes I get a page crash and a proxy warning
It is loading a good deal slower but that might be traffic to the site
The ticker at the top, the words and names are over lapping.
Overall, I like it 80/20 right now. I’ll likely like it more as time goes on and glitches and what not get fixed.
I had some technical difficulties over the past two days where I couldn’t post in the forums and they all said I posted everything! But sounds like a lot of other people had that problem, too. It’s been resolved now and I’m back to enjoying nameberry! [name]One[/name] glitch I’ve noticed is that the ticker on the top of the site has the names overlapping. Overall, I like the new layout, but it’ll take some getting used to. I [name]LOVE[/name] how this site looks on my mobile now and it’s much easier to navigate and use on my mobile, which is great. I’m having trouble editing my lists from my mobile device. When I click save it doesn’t save it just takes away the save option and replaced it with a delete list option.
[name]Do[/name] want to jump back in and say that my prolific posting seems to have ceased the crashing and logging in and out stopped too.
Still can’t go to another page in a thread without holding down the page number and getting that mini menu (on the ipad) to open the page. [name]Just[/name] on the ipad though.
