They are dead-set on using [name_f]Donna[/name_f] as a middle name (honoring her mom and her husband’s late grandfather) but they’re finding it really hard to find a first name that sounds good with it. They want long, super frilly, princess-y names with nickname options.
She has also expressed that they don’t want to repeat a letter of their sons’ names (or their nicknames). Can you please suggest some names you think would sound nice with [name_f]Donna[/name_f]? Their sons are named [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] ([name_u]Sam[/name_u]/[name_u]Sammy[/name_u]), [name_m]Patrick[/name_m] ([name_u]Ricky[/name_u]), and [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] ([name_m]Eli[/name_m]).
She said she likes [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f], [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], [name_f]Matilda[/name_f], and [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]; however she doesn’t like how [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f] and [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] flow with [name_f]Donna[/name_f] and she only likes the nickname “[name_f]Evie[/name_f]” for [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] but doesn’t want to use another E because of [name_m]Eli[/name_m]'s name…so that leaves her with [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]!
She likes [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] and [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] but she doesn’t like the nickname [name_f]Addie[/name_f] (and it’s too close to [name_f]Maddie[/name_f], which they can’t use) and because of [name_u]Ricky[/name_u]'s full name, [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] is a definite no-go for her. She also likes the nickname “[name_f]Lily[/name_f]” but not the full names [name_f]Lilibeth[/name_f] and isn’t too fond of [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] either

She likes [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] a lot but she’s not completely sold about “[name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] [name_f]Donna[/name_f]” and she hasn’t though of a nickname that she likes for it

She isn’t a fan of misspellings and to her [name_f]Lilyanne[/name_f] still looks like a misspelled version of [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] She does like [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] but can’t think of any nicknames she likes for it (she doesn’t like [name_f]Amy[/name_f]). She thinks [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] is very pretty but because of [name_m]Eli[/name_m]'s name it’s a definite no-go for her

[name_f]My[/name_f] friend [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] goes by [name_f]Millie[/name_f], if she likes that better and [name_f]Lilyanne[/name_f] is used here but we’re [name_m]French[/name_m], so I can see how it can be seen as misspelled elsewhere!
She likes [name_f]Millie[/name_f] but now she’s second guessing [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] since it’s not a well-known name here and worried it may be “too different” in comparison to the boys’ names…haha, yeah we live in the United States or as I like to sometimes call it “the land of misspelled-names” since it’s super trendy to misspell names to make them “cooler”
