I think the “theen” ending leans feminine to me, but if I heard it on a boy I wouldn’t question it. I would assume his parents were name nerds
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think that your #1 name rn will be the name of your first child?
- of course, there’s no name that could ever compare
- likely, but there are a few other names I would consider
- slightly likely, my list always changes
- unlikely, I’m years away from having children and I’m sure my list will change
- unlikely, my partner doesn’t like the name
- unlikely, my current #1 choice is a GP name
- what’s a #1 favourite, my list changes everyday
- another opinion

How long has your #1 been in that spot?
- since the beginning of time
- it’s been on my list for longer but it’s only been my favourite for…
- as soon as I saw it, it was my #1 name
- more than 5 years
- more than 2 years
- more than 1 year
- LESS than 1 year
- I only discovered it yesterday

- of course, what a stupid question
- perhaps the middle name will change but not the first
- maybe, I’ve had many THE names in the past
- eh, I will probably change my mind again
- I already know it’s not going to be long until I find my next #1 name

i’d say max-ahns
I know ro-EN-uh isn’t correct, but that’s how my head continues to pronounce it
I’m so certain that [name_f]Evaluna[/name_f] is my #1 name that I’d be comfortable buying custom baby stuff with [name_f]Evaluna[/name_f] on it, if I was guaranteed to have a girl.
I love love love [name_f]Mavis[/name_f] and Azula, so they would be my top two. I would fight so hard for those names. Maybe the middles would change, I could see that, maybe my SO wouldn’t like double middles or maybe we just want a different middle, but those first names I would fight for
I like row-EN-uh best, but I instinctively say ro-WEE-nuh
It’s just way too much, imo. For anyone, not just for a boy.
Ronan is an honor name for my late-father, so there’s no doubt it will be the name of my first born son.
I’m not saying it can’t work but it’s the unusual [name_f]Amaranth[/name_f] paired with the -ine ending that feels very feminine in [name_f]English[/name_f] that makes me think few boys would actually appreciate the name.
Is the alliteration of [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Maybelle[/name_f] too much?
- No and I like it
- No and I don’t like it
- Yes but I like it
- Yes and I don’t like

@OpheliaFlora when it comes to my #1 name, I can’t imagine a world in which my [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] doesn’t exist
any names after that could change, but not her!! I feel exactly how @kasatka feels about her Evaluna!!
I felt too mean to say it was a stupid question though (and it isn’t!), so I didn’t vote in that poll
but my answer would be of course!!!
@josieaitken I like the alliteration, I’m just not a fan of Maybelle, I’m sorry! I prefer Mabel!

It might (probably) be different once I have a partner’s family to honor, but I will FIGHT to name a first born son Elliot.
[name_u]Future[/name_u] partner, you can pick all the other honors if you let me have my [name_u]Elliot[/name_u]
(and [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] too!) Middle names for all of my combos are very likely to change though, so I’m not as attached to [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_u]Stanley[/name_u] as I am to just Elliot.
Awe but I like all of em
[name_f]Leto[/name_f] for my UC?
- Works perfectly!
- It would depend on the middles
- Doesn’t fit

thinking about [name_u]Jett[/name_u] on a boy recently… your opinions?
- yes!! use it!! make a combo!!
- there’s nothing wrong with it
- it has some negative connotations… I’ll @ or pm you about them
- it’s not my personal style
- I hate it (elaborate please!! @ or pm me)
