How do you say Woodrow?

  • Wood-Row, like you are saying the word Wood and then the word Row
  • WooDRow, where the D and the R blend together like in the word ā€œdriveā€

I think it depends on whether Iā€™m putting emphasis on the name or not. If I start talking about [name_m]Woodrow[/name_m] [name_m]Wilson[/name_m], I find Iā€™m usually emphasising/better annunciating his name and itā€™s definitely Wood-row but in general it probably just smooshes and the d is more silent

I feel like [name_m]Ennis[/name_m] and [name_f]Beryl[/name_f] work but [name_m]Falco[/name_m] and [name_m]Arbor[/name_m] have a different vibe to the others. Like [name_m]Falco[/name_m] , [name_m]Arbor[/name_m] and [name_f]Topaz[/name_f] would work. More modern vibes.
