Playing around with botanical middles for Lukas.
Well aware that a lot of these are feminine - just interested in creating some fun combos for now so please vote based on whether or not you like the sound of them, rather than usability. Tbh though, weâd be okay with giving a boy a feminine middle name.

Thatâs an interesting take on it! First of all, thank you for your feedback, itâs very helpful, but I politely disagree.
If I name my child Poet, itâs not because I expect them to grow up and become an astronaut or the president or an award-wining novelistâpersonally, I just like the name, because it has a sweet sound and a nice meaning. If Poet was my middle name, I donât think I would feel like I had to be an amazing person because of it. Just because a name means âgraceâ doesnât mean you have to graceful, and just because a name means âunfortunateâ doesnât mean youâre sure to be unlucky in life. And even if they do feel that pressure, Iâll make it clear to them that itâs just a name, and I gave them it because I thought it was beautiful, just like they will be no matter what they grow up to become.
Thatâs just my two cents.

I know (of) an Im0gene L!ly! I think I audibly gasped when I saw the announcement on Instagram. Sheâs the daughter of a former teacher of mine.
