[name_f]Thea[/name_f] is my favorite. I like [name_f]Willa[/name_f] too.
[name_f]Martha[/name_f] is gorgeous and underused - I feel like I’m seeing the other two everywhere at the moment, especially [name_f]Thea[/name_f]. They’re all nice though.
I chose [name_f]Willa[/name_f]…[name_f]Thea[/name_f] is lovely, but I prefer it as a nickname for [name_f]Althea[/name_f] or as a middle. [name_f]Martha[/name_f] I’m not as into. I don’t dislike it though.
[name_f]Thea[/name_f] - romantic and sweet name
[name_f]Willa[/name_f] - adorable, but strong
[name_f]Martha[/name_f] - what about [name_f]Marta[/name_f]? A little old-fashioned
VOTE: [name_f]Willa[/name_f]
I voted for [name_f]Martha[/name_f].
[name_f]Martha[/name_f] is a classic name. [name_f]Thea[/name_f] and [name_f]Willa[/name_f], while they each have vintage flair, they don’t have the historical pedigree of [name_f]Martha[/name_f]. Being a classic, [name_f]Martha[/name_f] is never mistaken as trying to fit in with trends. Both [name_f]Thea[/name_f] and [name_f]Willa[/name_f] have a trendy vibe to them.
[name_f]Martha[/name_f] is a name unto itself. [name_f]Thea[/name_f] and [name_f]Willa[/name_f] both seem like short forms or variations of other names. Sometimes they’re even given to girls as honour names for the men in their families: [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] and [name_m]William[/name_m]. Speaking of [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] and [name_m]William[/name_m], I know FIVE boys under five with these names (2 Theodores, 2 [name_m]Williams[/name_m], 1 [name_u]Theo[/name_u]… and my nephew’s middle name is [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] which technically makes six)!!! It’s highly likely your daughter will be in the same class as a [name_u]Theo[/name_u] or a [name_m]Will[/name_m].
Finally, you have two names will the ‘th’ sound. Other than that all 3 names are similar - simple, short, 2 syllables, ends in A. So I’d at least drop [name_f]Willa[/name_f] since you’re favouring the ‘th’ sound.
[name_f]Thea[/name_f] and [name_f]Willa[/name_f] are two of my favorites. Never been a big fan of [name_f]Martha[/name_f]…it’s a little too plain for me.
While I like all of these names, I voted for [name_f]Martha[/name_f] as it’s an underused classic that I’d like to see make a comeback. [name_f]Thea[/name_f] and [name_f]Willa[/name_f] seem to be going strong already in the return to vintage names category.
[name_f]Willa[/name_f] is my favorite of the three you list. Gorgeous, romantic and strong.
I like all three names. If I had to choose, it would depend on the sibset or the names that would be her sibling. For example, i wouldn’t choose something as long as [name_f]Theadora[/name_f] if her sister is going to be [name_f]Willa[/name_f].
[name_f]Martha[/name_f] is my favorite. I just love the way it sounds. I also find it quite charming and I can’t wait until it makes it comeback. [name_f]Thea[/name_f] would be my second choice.
[name_f]Thea[/name_f] - nice used to be on my favourites
[name_f]Willa[/name_f] - my favourite form this list
[name_f]Martha[/name_f] - reminds of of the girl from high school musical who liked to “pop, and lock, and jam, and break”
I’ve recently taken a great liking to [name_f]Willa[/name_f], so she got my vote. I think it feels contemporary yet classy, and I really like that about it. [name_f]Thea[/name_f] also has this feel though, and I do like it a lot too, so she is a very close second. [name_f]Martha[/name_f] I don’t mind, however, I do find it to be quite dated and a little lackluster.
I voted for [name_f]Thea[/name_f]! Its pretty and great as a standalone name!
My next choice would be [name_f]Willa[/name_f]. But [name_f]Martha[/name_f] is way too outdated.
