Theo - inflexible image-wise? age-wise?

[name]Hi[/name] I like this name but there is something that makes me worry that it is too cuddly and not flexible in image and age. Maybe because I just don’t know any Theos. So when I try to think of a baby, then a raucous 4yr old, then a skate rat 10 yr old, then a high schooler, then a college guy, and then an adult professional, I wonder does this name work for all of that. Does it work if the kid is sporty, creative, nerdy, alternative, or [insert descriptor]? Also, do you find it hard to say? And can it work with a last name that starts with O, like O’[name]Malley[/name] or [name]Ogden[/name] or Orenthal.

I love [name]Theo[/name]. I think it’s one of those names that could fit into any category the kids wants to put himself in. I also think it’s cute on a child, cool on a teen and handsome on an adult.

I don’t find it hard to say, but I would find it hard to say with an O last name. [name]Theo[/name] [name]Ogden[/name] is a little difficult.

Maybe if you’re very worried, try one of these for a full name:

[name]Theobald[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name]
[name]Theodoric[/name]
Theodric
[name]Theon[/name] – fave!

I think [name]Theo[/name] is super versatile! I don’t know any adult Theos, but I know adult [name]Leos[/name] and so it’s practically the same thing.
It’s a great name and works well with any stage of life, I think.

I think [name]Theo[/name] is so very flexible!

Our son’s name is [name]Theodore[/name] and we call him [name]Theo[/name]. We love his name! So much so that we are expecting [name]Baby[/name] Boy #2 in February and am having a hard time finding another name that we like as much! We haven’t met any other little [name]Theo[/name]'s so far, but have met a few adult [name]Theo[/name]'s and they have all seemed nice and well adjusted.

I think [name]Theo[/name] works great for all ages. I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Theo[/name], it’s on my list, but with the full name [name]Theodore[/name] (it’s just so handsome). I think [name]Theo[/name] is a versatile name that could fit any kind of person of any kind of age group

I love [name]Theo[/name] as well, I think it is very flexible in terms of image. I don’t know any [name]Theo[/name]'s in real life either, but I can easily picture a baby, boy, teen and adult with this name. I think it could work with some last names that begin with ‘O’. As someone once mentioned to me on one of my threads, if anything it forces you to enunciate the name, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

I think it is a great name for all ages!
