I am getting the above error message when trying to log in on my PC. I am now logged in on my phone after being locked out of my account for a week but I don’t know if I’ll be able to log back in if I log out

I can’t access the log in page. If I click log in I get the error message.

Who is the site administrator? I emailed support@nameberry but haven’t heard back yet

I prefer to be able to type on my keyboard rather than on my phone so I’d love to be able to get back in to my account on there rather than having to use my phone

I thought my account was deleted because this is a new account but I deleted my old one first. I just wanted to change my username. I have tried logging back into my old account and it won’t let me so I assume it’s been deleted so not sure what is causing this issue. Although I am actually getting the same “there is a problem with your account” message when I tried to check my old account was deleted so idk

Thanks! It hadnt deleted so I have now done that for you.

[name_m]Not[/name_m] sure if it’s just youve used a public wifi source, but a number of other accounts are also linked to the same IP address. Have you ever had any others in the past?

I’m also wondering if the system has got a bit stuck as an automatic flag got sent up when you made your first post. I rejected the flag but it could just be taking time to reset?

If it’s still not working, I could try to see if i can resend the “validate your email” to get it to reset

Thank you, unfortunately it still isn’t working :pensive_face:

It was probably a year or two ago I started getting back into names properly so I may have another accounts from before then that I’ve forgotten but I think I just used them mainly for browsing. I made the cosyghost account because I couldn’t find a log in saved so maybe it’s that? I can’t remember the usernames though. It’s not public WiFi though so they must be old ones of mine, I’m happy for them to be deleted if that helps!

I was able to get back in after clicking the validation link in the email, but then when I came back an hour later I was unable to log in again, same error, sorry!

ah, I’m sorry it didn’t work :frowning:[name_f][/name_f] I’m just hoping it’s the system taking time to catch up with itself
