Thing Name: Spaceship

Any neat spaceship name ideas for a sci-fi story I’m writing? I’d prefer that you don’t suggest “value” names, such as “honesty” or “integrity.” Other than that, give me whatever you think would make sense.

Thanks in advance!

The first thing I thought of when I read your post was Telesphoros. It’s the name of a figure in Greek mythology which means either" bringer of completion" or “bringing fulfillment”. Apparently he personified someone who recovered from illness.

Nyctanthe(s)- meanis"night-flowering", it’s the name of a genus of jasmine. [name_f]Arbor[/name_f]-tristis is the name of the species and means “tree of sorrow” which I think makes a great and interesting meaning  Parijat is its [name_f]Indian[/name_f] name (I think).

Nyctimene- the name of a woman in [name_m]Roman[/name_m] mythology who was turned into an owl by the goddess [name_f]Minerva[/name_f], the means “to withstand night”

[name_f]Helenora[/name_f]- a combined name of [name_f]Helen[/name_f] and [name_f]Nora[/name_f] which sounds pretty futuristic to me

Axios/Axius- the name of a river god in Greek mythology and the name of a river in Macedonia that also goes by [name_f]Vardar[/name_f].

Odyssey or [name_m]Ulysses[/name_m]

Ithaka

[name_f]Eris[/name_f]

Phobos

Istros

[name_f]Jinx[/name_f]/[name_f]Jynx[/name_f]

*These are just a few I could come up with, all of which are inspired from Greek mythology although you could look up other mythologies to find inspiration from  [name_f]Hope[/name_f] these help or at least get the juices flowing.
