This is Child #7 what about Seven?

The idea of seven as a middle name is cool. It sort of looks like steven w a missing T.

I would dissuade you from [name]Seven[/name], myself. For one thing, the child deserves to be named in and of himself, not in relation to his siblings.

For another, he’ll constantly asked why he’s named that and having to explain it–this will re-emphasize that he was named in relation to his siblings rather than in his own right. With six siblings, he’s already going to be compared to those who came before him; he doesn’t need to have his name drive that point home on a daily basis.

Thank you all for your honest opinions on the name [name]Seven[/name]. Actually my husband didn’t care for it. But you all had great ideas for us!!
We are still up in the air with a good word name.
Thanks to all,
[name]Lisa[/name]

You seem to like the connection with the Sabbath, perhaps use Sabbath? or [name]September[/name]?

good luck!

Yeah, [name]Seven[/name] gives you the feeling you run out of names, don’t really like that. In another language it would be okay I guess, so I am giving you Sept (French) and Sieben ([name]German[/name]) as additional options

I think [name]Seven[/name] as a middle name would be okay.

i love numbers but I feel like he might be the brunt of jokes ā€œyour parents had so many kids they just ran outta nameā€¦ā€

clearly the jokes aren’t funny, but they are at your sons expense…hats off to you for the unique names thus far…love [name]Ryker[/name] thats out sons middle name…

[name]LOVE[/name] [name]TRU[/name].
what about [name]Truman[/name] [name]Seven[/name]…and you can call him [name]Tru[/name] for short…or [name]Truth[/name]…

If you are Bible name loving what about the seventh book of the Bible or
Rest (like what God did on the 7th day…)
Sabbath is also about rest…and 7th day…Sabbath is pretty bad ass…I like it… but there is black sabbath and thats like death metal band or something

The 7th book of the Bible is Judges
what about [name]Judge[/name]…that’s a cool name too…

You could call them [name]Seven[/name] Eight Nine (eight nine as the middle names) that’s a good idea!!
Or what about [name]Seven[/name] Plus Four Equals (plus four equals as the middle names). They might be smart at maths in that case.

Maybe you can take the seventh letter of the alphabet (G) and find a name with seven letters…
Here are a few…
[name]Gabriel[/name]
[name]Gaetano[/name]
[name]Gaither[/name]
[name]Gardner[/name]
[name]Garland[/name]
[name]Garnett[/name]
[name]Garrett[/name]
[name]Garrick[/name]
[name]Gaylord[/name]
[name]General[/name]
[name]Gennaro[/name]
[name]Georgia[/name]
[name]Georgie[/name]
[name]Geraldo[/name]
[name]Gerardo[/name]
[name]Gerhard[/name]
[name]Gifford[/name]
[name]Gilbert[/name]
[name]Gilford[/name]
[name]Gilmore[/name]
[name]Giovani[/name]
[name]Glendon[/name]
[name]Godfrey[/name]
[name]Gonzalo[/name]
[name]Grafton[/name]
[name]Graydon[/name]
[name]Grayson[/name]
[name]Gregory[/name]
[name]Greyson[/name]
[name]Griffin[/name]
[name]Gustave[/name]
[name]Gustavo[/name]
[name]Guthrie[/name]

OR

You could do something similar to [name]Beyonce[/name] and [name]Jay[/name]… Make hi initials V. I. I. for seven in roman numerals…
example: [name]Victor[/name] [name]Isaac[/name] [name]Ignatius[/name] OR [name]Vaughn[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name] [name]Israel[/name] OR [name]Valentine[/name] [name]Ian[/name] [name]Isidore[/name]

OR

you can break up the [name]Seven[/name] into Se & [name]Ven[/name] and have it start the first and middle name…

[name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Venn[/name] ([name]SEbastian[/name] [name]VENn[/name]) OR [name]Sennett[/name] [name]Iven[/name] ([name]SEnnett[/name] i[name]VEN[/name])

[name]Hope[/name] I could help and good luck with baby number seven!!!

Havent read the whole thread yet, but what about [name]Neves[/name]? ItsSevenbackwards, it covers your number without being a number

I don’t know if you are aware, but traditonally in ancient [name]Rome[/name] the seventh child (when a boy) was named [name]Septimus[/name]. Cool alternative. Also seven in Latin ( a little less well known language generally) is Septem. That could be cool too.

Not sure if anyone’s noticed this but this thread is from 2009.

I hate to be rude, but did you just run out of names after [name]Raven[/name]? [name]Taylor[/name], [name]Willow[/name] and [name]Raven[/name] seem more ā€œmainstreamā€ than [name]Quest[/name] and [name]Favor[/name]. [name]How[/name] about something a little more like your first three? [name]Say[/name] [name]Vincent[/name] or [name]May[/name]?
