I prefer [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]! Such a lovely, sophisticated (but still spunky), vintage vibe. Plus, I think [name_f]Harriet[/name_f], [name_f]Matilda[/name_f], [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], and [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] sound completely made for each other. [name_u]Love[/name_u], love, love
I agree with the previous poster! [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is a spunky name, and I love both the full name and her possible nicknames. [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] also goes perfectly with the other names you mentioned!
I would much rather be named [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] than [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], so I vote [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] (I also love [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]).
I think though that [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] flows slightly better, but who goes around saying one’s first and second name together? Probably a moot point.
Great names!
As much as a love [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] I do think [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] works better together.
I love love love the name [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], it was on our list too. Years ago, I use to babysit for a little girl named [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] and I always called her Maevey [name_u]Baby[/name_u] which made her laugh and smile! She was the cutest tan little beach bum.
The name [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] will forever remind me of [name_m]Little[/name_m] Women and my mom forcing me to read the book haha! It also invites the nickname [name_u]Jo[/name_u] which I’m not personally keen on.
Best of luck!!!
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] flows better in my opinion, but I love both [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] and [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], so that’s my vote.
I like how [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] sounds a lot more, but I like [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] more as a name and I think it fits better with the other names on your list.
I love [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]; have you thought of using [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]?
Thank you everyone! I think for now I’m going with [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] for the list Though, the other possibilities, such as [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] or [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] are definitely tantalizing options!
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] for me! Both fabulous, feisty names with incredible meanings to boot.
