What are your thoughts about [name_f]Avia[/name_f]?
When I first heard it didn’t know what to think. I now think it’s a really pretty and not very common name which is nice. It’s a good twist on the name [name_f]Ava[/name_f]
I think it could be impractical for official official documents as it will always be mixed up with [name_f]Ava[/name_f].
I have it as a nickname for [name_f]Octavia[/name_f], but I like that it’s a little different from [name_f]Ava[/name_f], so I wouldn’t mind seeing it on a little girl, though I wouldn’t use it myself.
I came across it about a year ago and liked it ever since. I like that it is short and not too common.
I really like this name!
Thank you, everyone.
Maebry [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] is still our top choice but [name_f]Avia[/name_f] is growing on me. Maebry is different but feels friendly and approachable, I feel the same about [name_f]Avia[/name_f]. I can easily picture sisters, Maebry and [name_f]Avia[/name_f]. I am not too concerned about [name_f]Avia[/name_f] being mixed up with [name_f]Ava[/name_f], so many names can be mistaken for other names.
would it be pronounced like ay-vee-uh or ah-vee-uh? There was a little girl in one of my classes named [name_f]Aviana[/name_f] (ah-vee-ah-na) and we called her [name_u]Avi[/name_u]. I always thought it was really pretty and unique.
We are pronouncing it ay-vee-ə. I really like the nickname [name_u]Avi[/name_u]. We also like Vie.
I love [name_f]Avia[/name_f]! I like it as a nickname for [name_f]Octavia[/name_f], or even Aviatrix.
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Avia[/name_f]!
It sounds very pretty, a sort of fleshed out [name_f]Ava[/name_f] (though it may be confused with that). I does remind me of the word ‘aviator’, though that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. All in all, a sweetly simple, quite lovely name.
Thank you, everyone.
