I voted for [name_u]Allie[/name_u] because it seemed the most intuitive of your options.
[name_f]Ally[/name_f] makes me think of the word so I would be tempted to say it as the word if I had only read it.
[name_f]Alli[/name_f] looks cut off to me
[name_u]Ali[/name_u] has the odd effect that I would pronounce it ah-[name_u]LEE[/name_u]. Probably an effect from having grown up with Disney’s [name_m]Aladdin[/name_m] and thr song [name_m]Prince[/name_m] [name_u]Ali[/name_u]
Have you considered [name_f]Aly[/name_f]? I’m not sure why it makes me pronounce it like [name_u]Allie[/name_u] instead of [name_u]Ali[/name_u], but there you go.
I like [name_u]Allie[/name_u] best when used as a full name and [name_f]Ally[/name_f] as a nickname! [name_f]Ally[/name_f] looks the most fun and spunky, but I find -y endings look less complete than -ie ones.
If your using it as a nickname I would base it off the full name ( [name_u]Allie[/name_u] for [name_u]Allison[/name_u], [name_f]Aly[/name_f] for [name_f]Alyssa[/name_f], [name_u]Ali[/name_u] for [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] etc) if your goingto use it as a full name I would Go with [name_f]Aly[/name_f] or [name_u]Allie[/name_u].
I voted [name_u]Allie[/name_u] as it looks the most like a full name, and I also know a really nice [name_u]Allie[/name_u].
Thank you all for your votes and comments! Iam putting [name_u]Allie[/name_u] on my list.
