Could you see [name_f]March[/name_f] working as a name?
What middle name would you pair with it?
And what would you name his sister or another brother?

I could! It feels to me like a fresh take on [name_m]Mark[/name_m].

I think I would go with a 3-syllable middle:

[name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Alaric[/name_m]

[name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Harrison[/name_m]

Depending on whether we were talking about real people or fictional characters, I might pair it with sisters along the lines of:

[name_f]March[/name_f] and [name_m]Kindred[/name_m]

[name_f]March[/name_f] and [name_f]Fern[/name_f]

[name_f]March[/name_f] and [name_f]Iris[/name_f]

[name_f]March[/name_f] and [name_f]Nightingale[/name_f]

And brothers:

[name_f]March[/name_f] and [name_m]Wells[/name_m]

[name_f]March[/name_f] and [name_m]Flint[/name_m]

[name_f]March[/name_f] and [name_m]Frasier[/name_m]

I think [name_f]March[/name_f] works as a name. [name_m]August[/name_m], [name_f]June[/name_f], and [name_f]April[/name_f] work so why not [name_f]March[/name_f]?

For middles:
[name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Elliot[/name_m]
[name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Bennett[/name_m]
[name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Evander[/name_m]
[name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Nolan[/name_m]
[name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Hudson[/name_m]

Sisters:
[name_f]March[/name_f] & [name_f]Calla[/name_f]
[name_f]March[/name_f] & [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]
[name_f]March[/name_f] & [name_f]Esther[/name_f]
[name_f]March[/name_f] & [name_f]Elsie[/name_f]
[name_f]March[/name_f] & [name_f]Delia[/name_f]

Brothers:
[name_f]March[/name_f] & [name_m]Declan[/name_m]
[name_f]March[/name_f] & [name_m]Hawthorne[/name_m]
[name_f]March[/name_f] & [name_m]Dawes[/name_m]
[name_f]March[/name_f] & [name_m]Cotton[/name_m]
[name_f]March[/name_f] & [name_m]Felix[/name_m]
[name_f]March[/name_f] & [name_f]Eris[/name_f]

i think it would work, for some reason it reminds me a lot of a little girl named april—they seem to give a very similar vibe. month names are also really popular at the moment, so i’m not sure anybody would raise an eyebrow especially with how much it sounds like established boys names (mark, marcus, marshall etc) :ocean:

middle names
march louis
march michael
march nolan
march noah
march oliver
march liam
march felix
march leslie
march lucas
march james
march jay
march sorrel
march bailey

sisters
march and fern
march and olive
march and valley
march and sylvie
march and dove
march and aspen

brothers
march and wells
march and river
march and oakley
march and jude
march and sawyer
march and raffy
march and canyon
march and monty

hope this helps :sunflower:

I do really like the idea, but I’ve toyed with it as a middle name, and have always found that when said aloud with another name, it usually sounds, to me at least, like you’re telling them to march, and I don’t like that. However, if I did use it, I do have a few combos, [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Frazier[/name_m] (March [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] is my girls combo), and as for siblings, [name_m]Hart[/name_m] and [name_f]Faye[/name_f] or [name_f]Flora[/name_f].

Been a guilty pleasure of mine for a while. I think it absolutely works if you’re brave enough
[name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]William[/name_m] or [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Graham[/name_m]
Siblings I would do [name_f]March[/name_f] and [name_f]Sydney[/name_f], [name_f]March[/name_f] and [name_m]Wilby[/name_m], [name_f]March[/name_f] and [name_m]Raymond[/name_m], [name_f]March[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f]

adorable! i love [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Hawthorn[/name_m] or [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Shepherd[/name_m], and i’d name his siblings [name_m]Bear[/name_m], Oakah, [name_m]Wynn[/name_m], and [name_m]Ziggy[/name_m] :tent:

i think he could even go by [name_m]Mars[/name_m] and [name_m]Archie[/name_m], which makes it even more usable, imo! i love it in this era of popular high-energy names like [name_m]Finn[/name_m], [name_m]August[/name_m], and [name_m]Dash[/name_m]. :sheaf_of_rice:

It’s kind of cool! a bit like [name_m]Marshall[/name_m], [name_m]Mars[/name_m], and [name_m]Archie[/name_m]. (and there’s the [name_m]Little[/name_m] Women link too  )

[name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Elliott[/name_m], [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Felix[/name_m], or [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Rafferty[/name_m]

[name_f]March[/name_f], [name_f]Tennyson[/name_f], and [name_f]Rosfrith[/name_f]

or

[name_f]March[/name_f], [name_m]Sorrel[/name_m], and [name_f]Winsome[/name_f]

I like [name_f]March[/name_f]! Since it’s my birthday month, it’s always leaned more feminine to me, but I don’t think there’s any reason why it couldn’t be masculine too!

Maybe:

  • [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m]
  • [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Isidore[/name_m]
  • [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Vincent[/name_m]
  • [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Caedmon[/name_m]
  • [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Julian[/name_m]
  • [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Everett[/name_m]
  • [name_f]March[/name_f] [name_m]Leonidas[/name_m]

Honestly not sure about a sibling, maybe something like [name_m]Jules[/name_m] or [name_f]Aubrey[/name_f] for a brother and [name_f]Elara[/name_f] or [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] for a sister?
