Thoughts on Cleo

Hey I love [name_f]Cleo[/name_f], but worried about the whole H20 meme surrounding it. What’s everyone’s thoughts?

I have no idea what you’re referring to, and I’m usually pretty up-to-date with most memes :woman_shrugging: [name_f]My[/name_f] main associations with [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] are [name_f]Cleopatra[/name_f] and the mythological muse (most often transliterated as [name_f]Clio[/name_f], but regardless). I think it’s a beautiful name, that sounds cool and contemporary while having a lot of history!

[name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Cleo[/name_f], always have. It’s beautiful.

I wouldn’t worry about memes; give it a week & a new one will come along & that one will be forgotten about anyways.

To be honest with you, memes come and go all the time. That meme isn’t very relevant anymore and the name is beautiful. I know Cleo’s and they only got called that when the meme was relevent.

I wouldn’t worry about memes if I were you. The only name that I can think of that has been wrecked by a meme is [name_f]Karen[/name_f]. For the most part, memes fade and the name keeps its own separate feel. And [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] is a beautiful name!

I love [name_f]Cleo[/name_f]! [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] is great!

I’ve never heard of the H20 meme, so I don’t really have any advice on that.

I love the name [name_f]Cleo[/name_f], and I’ve never heard of the meme :woman_shrugging:

[name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] :black_heart: beautiful name :blossom::cherry_blossom:

I love Cleo! It’s so sweet, fun, and full of energy. I also enjoy the historical connections through Cleopatra and the similarity to Clio/the muse of history. I also have no idea about the meme and they rarely last anyway, so I wouldn’t let it put you off.

I have no idea what the H2O thing means, so :person_shrugging: [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] is gorgeous - powerful but sweet, sparky and sassy, classy with a bit of flair and fun! I’ve encountered two Cleos - and H20 wasn’t mentioned so - keep in mind though, that one [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] was a kid, one was a teen - not sure if they would have known about the meme??

I know the h20 thing, but it’s not that strong of an association, imo. I wouldn’t worry about it at all. I met the cutest little [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] a few years ago -the only [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] I’ve ever met so I kinda associated it with her and of course, [name_f]Cleopatra[/name_f].

[name_f]Cleo[/name_f] is a short but powerful name! It sounds fearless, majestic, feminine and adventurous. [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] has a great meaning. With only 4 letters, I like that [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] still has potential for some nicknames like C, [name_m]Leo[/name_m], [name_m]Lee[/name_m] and [name_f]Cece[/name_f]. It’s international. It feels warm and youthful.

[name_f]Cleo[/name_f] and H20

I watched a few episodes of a TV show called H20 about mermaids when I was a child. One of the main characters’ name was [name_f]Cleo[/name_f]. Is that what you’re talking about? I believe the show ended about 15 years ago. Is there a new version? I have no idea about any memes. I also search it on Google because you mentioned it. I didn’t find anything special, honestly :woman_shrugging:t2: As far as I know, the TV show H20 is a safe and interesting connection. At least, as a little girl, I would have loved to see a mermaid character with my name.

I have no idea what the meme is. I think it’s a cute name and it reminds me of the dancer Cléo de Mérode.

cleo is one of my favourite names, and a possible contender for if i ever have a daughter! i am not aware of the h2o meme as someone who is updated about memes. my associations with it are cleopatra, the greek history muse (clio) and cleome flowers.

I know the meme and I watched H2O growing up and I love the name (it was one of my first favourite names as a kid)!

I think memes come and go and it’s not the most well known one either. It’s not even a terrible meme

I say use it!!! I truly have so much love for [name_f]Cleo[/name_f]

If you are very worried about the meme though a suggestion I have would be to use the not as well known [name_f]Clea[/name_f]

“Naurr Cleoo…”

I am well familiar with the meme but I am a kiwi :kiwi_fruit: who spends a lot of time in aussie :kangaroo:
I think by the time the child is old enough for it to matter the meme will have been forgotten. Its also associated historically to [name_f]Cleopatra[/name_f] etc. and will go back to that being the main association rather than a temporary internet meme very soon… it’s such a pretty name, just go for it in my opinion :sunglasses:

[name_f]Cleo[/name_f] is so lovely!

I have no idea about the meme I think pop culture references like memes come and go. Personally this wouldn’t be a major concern for me. [name_f]My[/name_f] first thought with the name [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] is [name_f]Cleopatra[/name_f]. In relation to the name itself I think [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] is lovely. She’s bright, energetic, spunky and ever so fun with the lovely meaning glory.
