[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] has been my favourite name for around 15+ years but I’m worried it’s too overused? I’m expecting a baby girl next year and still tempted to use it but so unsure.
Other favourites are [name_f]Mila[/name_f], [name_f]Willa[/name_f], [name_f]Olive[/name_f], [name_f]Amelie[/name_f], [name_f]Eve[/name_f]/[name_f]Evie[/name_f].
It is a very popular name but only you can decide if that will diminish the joy of using it. Lots of people decide to go for it anyway and aren’t bothered by meeting others with the name, but it is a personal preference.
I think [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is a beautiful name! However, it is quite common. My cousin was called [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] (spelled the Polish way, [name_f]Izabela[/name_f]) and she never liked it. She liked the name but it was just so common that most people would call her by her middle name, [name_f]Lena[/name_f].
It is a beautiful name and you can’t take that away. [name_f]Mila[/name_f] is also a gorgeous name and certainly not as common if you want to go down that route.
[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is lovely but I have met a fair few of them, if popularity bothers you.
[name_f]Amelie[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f] and [name_f]Olive[/name_f] from your list are also beautiful!

Yes, it is quite a popular name, most people know or have known multiple girls of multiple ages named [name_f]Isabella[/name_f].
But, if you really love the name don’t let that bother you! there is a reason why the name is popular because lots of people love it
There is also many different nicknames she can use, so when meeting another [name_f]Isabella[/name_f], she may not share the same nickname, giving her a personal touch to her name.
Popularity bothers me. But if it’s a long time love and I have every other reasons to use the name and it feels like the right name for that particular baby, I’ll use it anyway, just pairing it with more uncommon middle names. [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] is that name for me. Here’s hoping it’ll be less popular by the time I have a daughter, but if not, popularity is not enough of a deal breaker. Not for a name I’ve loved since I was a child myself.
It’s up to you to decide whether it’s really a big deal for you or not.
