Thoughts on Leora?

We are considering the name [name_f]Leora[/name_f] if it’s a girl. Thoughts? Our daughter is [name_f]Nina[/name_f]. Other name ideas? Nothing is really sticking with us other than [name_f]Leora[/name_f].

We’d like to use a family name for at least a middle name. Family names that we would use the first syllable of are T and M.

[name_f]Leora[/name_f] is lovely. I also love [name_f]Leona[/name_f]. I think it goes nicely with [name_f]Nina[/name_f].

[name_f]Leora[/name_f] is such a beautiful name.

I like [name_f]Leora[/name_f]. It goes well with [name_f]Nina[/name_f], and is refreshing and trendy.

Very nice. I do prefer the [name_f]Liora[/name_f] spelling though.

I love [name_f]Leora[/name_f] and other similar names ([name_f]Leona[/name_f], [name_f]Cleo[/name_f], [name_f]Cleona[/name_f]), I think the [name_m]Leo[/name_m] sound is so charming on a girl. [name_f]Nina[/name_f] and [name_f]Leora[/name_f] definitely sound like sisters to me!

I think it’s pretty and goes nicely with [name_f]Nina[/name_f]. I just wish there were a little more history about it. I prefer the [name_f]Liora[/name_f] spelling too, maybe because it looks Italian?

[name_f]Eudora[/name_f]
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f]
[name_f]Ilaria[/name_f]
[name_f]Isadora[/name_f]
[name_f]Lorelei[/name_f]
[name_f]Petra[/name_f]
[name_f]Ramona[/name_f]

I like it, but prefer [name_f]Leona[/name_f] or (sigh) [name_f]Leonor[/name_f], which are both more familiar and traditional but not at all popular, like [name_f]Nina[/name_f].

[name_f]Lovely[/name_f] name. [name_f]Nina[/name_f] and [name_f]Leora[/name_f] has similar vibes but different sounds - good balance

Beautiful, unique and has a lovely sound and nicknames! I love [name_f]Leora[/name_f], though I also love the suggestions of [name_f]Liora[/name_f], [name_f]Leona[/name_f] and [name_f]Leonor[/name_f]

I love it. SO pretty. I like [name_f]Leona[/name_f] too and would use either of them if we didn’t already have a Léo. [name_f]Leora[/name_f] and [name_f]Nina[/name_f] are sweet together.
