I have always loved [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], but for some reason, I have been loving [name_f]Liza[/name_f] lately. All of my girls have two syllable names, and I like how it’s a little quirky but simple and short.
Some people have said that they think of [name_f]Liza[/name_f] Minnelli, but I don’t know if that’s a terrible association? I doubt anyone in the next generation will know who she is.
FWIW, My girls are [name_f]Willa[/name_f], [name_f]Maxine[/name_f], and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f].
I think it’s perfect. Honestly it’s about to go on my list! I love the quirky and short names for girls, too. [name_f]Liza[/name_f] Minnelli is a possible connection people will make but I don’t think most people really know who she is enough to care. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], while gorgeous, seems to be missing a little bit of charm, but [name_f]Liza[/name_f] has charm in droves. Seriously, perfect.
I like the name. The next generation will likely associate it with [name_f]Liza[/name_f] Koshy now but she is great also!

I like [name_f]Liza[/name_f] - it’s familiar but not too common. I don’t think the [name_f]Liza[/name_f] Minnelli association is a bad thing considering that she is respected in the entertainment world. Plus I agree with you that the next generation probably won’t know who she is.

I’ve heard of [name_f]Liza[/name_f] Minneli but don’t know anything about her and wouldn’t make the association. [name_f]Liza[/name_f] Koshy is more relevant with kids, my little brother used to watch her. She’s a family-friendly and generally liked youtuber so not a bad association.
