Thoughts on Marsha??
I like it a lot, but prefer [name_f]Marcia[/name_f] spelling.
I have a hard time seeing [name_f]Marsha[/name_f] on a little one, though I also know two who are more middle-aged. The [name_f]Marcia[/name_f] spelling is more appealing to me for a young person, however.
That said, I’d be thrilled to see [name_u]Marsh[/name_u] used (probably as a middle name).
I’m personally not a fan, something about it sounds quite middle aged and older to me. It could be cool as a nickname for something fresher, though, like [name_f]Marcella[/name_f] or [name_f]Marisol[/name_f].

I quite like [name_f]Marsha[/name_f] - earthy, grounded and interesting
I prefer [name_f]Marzia[/name_f], [name_f]Marcella[/name_f], or even [name_f]Masha[/name_f].
Makes me think of marshes. It’s so… Mushy. [name_f]Marcia[/name_f] has the same sound issue, but it looks better, at least. Less like a marshmallow. [name_f]My[/name_f] main association is [name_f]Marsha[/name_f] P. [name_m]Johnson[/name_m], the African American gay liberation activist who participated in the [name_m]Stonewall[/name_m] riots.

Hmm I’m not sure. It looks pretty but sounds rather harsh. What about [name_f]Mara[/name_f] or [name_f]Asha[/name_f]?
