Our last name is Slavic, but we live in a predominantly French-speaking area, which is why we chose Nicolette—to reflect the [name_m]French[/name_m] influence. We paired it with [name_f]Lana[/name_f], a Slavic name, to create a balance with our last name. [name_f]Do[/name_f] the names flow well together, or do they feel too different?

[name_m]Even[/name_m] though the names aren’t my personal favourites I can definitely see how they work nicely together. [name_f]Nicolette[/name_f] feels striking with a pan European flair and feels very graceful. [name_f]Lana[/name_f] in the middle spot feels spunky added some strength to the name.

I love how you’ve blended the [name_m]French[/name_m] & Slavic cultures so nicely, and the nickname options of [name_m]Nico[/name_m], [name_f]Lettie[/name_f], or even just the full [name_f]Nicolette[/name_f] are absolutely lovely.

I think once a last name is in play, they flow really well. It’s a very sophisticated, elegant and (still) friendly name. There are other names I prefer [name_f][/name_f]- am not a [name_m]Nic[/name_m] fan for girls [name_f][/name_f]- but I do like this combo.
