I’m pregnant with boy/girl twins and I am already a mom to a little boy named [name_m]Ross[/name_m] [name_m]Knight[/name_m].
I was looking for unusual names and came across with Nyro (y like eye). I think it’s cute and my husband says it’s very cool. I had never heard of this name before, so I was wondering what people would think of it.
I like it. It’s certainly unique.
I think it works. I haven’t heard of it before but it sounds familiar, if that makes sense. It’s of a very current style - [name_m]Leo[/name_m], [name_m]Milo[/name_m], [name_u]Arlo[/name_u], [name_m]Otto[/name_m], [name_u]Theo[/name_u], etc. - without actually being popular itself.
I would spell it Niro or Niero. The Nyro spelling looks like Neero to me.
Edited for privacy.
It’s definitely unique. To me it sounds like a mix of [name_u]Cairo[/name_u] and [name_u]Nairobi[/name_u].
I wouldn’t spell it Niro because people are likely pronounce it like [name_m]Robert[/name_m] de Niro’s name.
